I paid for 2 tickets and each costing about £900. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel one ticket. I was told that I will only get a refund of £176. Two years down the line I am still waiting for my refund and they keep fobbing me off. When you speak to the staff, they seem very unreluctant to help. Very poor customer service. Much better holiday company out there but please DO USE THIS ONE!.
This company sent me an e ticket through whattsapp, the booking ref was wrong. I keep calling to get my correct ref no reply from anyone,aftwr days of calling i got someone who was very rude saying i owe £500 . I asked to speak to someobe else who was much better and he sort out my issue. Never again please be aware of this company
When I was trying to book a flight and I called about baggage they told me that my flight home was on standby. The customer service rep told me this is standard with all companies (which it’s not). I then tried to talk to her about this and she hung up. I was being polite and respectful and she hung up This company seems like a scam
What a scam of a company a was redirected here from Jetcost and they tried charging me an extra £400 for a bag there was no warning there was no baggage on this fight, I mean who travels long haul from London to Chicago with out even a carry on bag for which they wanted £400, they then wanted to charge me £75 for no twanting the flight with an additional charge, will definitely be contacting the ombudsman
