Six years later, I decided to update the flipbook and it had a watermark on it but, after talking to Lynn in technical support, I was able to resolve the problem.

I have been using Flipbook Pro for over two years and have found it very beneficial to our business. When contacting customer service I have always found they revert very quickly and professionally. There are issues with software, however they are minor and hopefully they will fixed very soon.
I have just received a flipbook created by FlipBuilder. The book is unreadable as FlipBuilder keeps appearing in the middle of the screen and cannot be disabled!

I already used the FlipBuilder in the old version and now have the new one. For Macintosh users in particular, the new interface is much more intuitive and the program even runs more efficiently. Still one of the best programs for me when it comes to creating flipbooks. Still without the annoying subscription model. Buy once and use as long as you want.
Having tested several competitive software for a large project, I finally choose Flip PDF Plus. With lots of PDFs to convert of course there were problems. FlipBuilder support always reacted immediately and helpfully, so that I finished the project in time.
This company is a scam! Won't respond to questions about their software. Found many glitches that need to be fixed. Asked for a refund within 2 hours of purchase (when I realized their software was a joke) but they have ghosted me. No refund; no response. These people are commiting fraud. Run far away.
Price value for a cute program. They were quick to help me with my problem. I miss the ability to open files created with the previous Flip PDF program, or to take over the settings.
So much promise and very little of it delivered. I have had FlipBuilder's Flip PDF Professional (Mac) for several years. When it works, it is amazing. Problem is, it more often doesn't work. And customer service is spotty at best. If your problem is easy, Flipbuilder (Lynn Tang) is pretty quick to respond and provide support. However, if your issue is too complicated they just ignore you, literally. No return email saying they are looking for a fix, they just ghost you. You are left to fend for yourself or just not use the software.
The program is successful and useful, but I think the display (image) quality is not very good. Vector-based conversion of the program will greatly improve the display quality. Support and everything else is great.
Flipbuilder is a good when you understand how to use it. There are probably more things I could do, but I am not verse on how to use it; but overall it does what I need. There are glitches sometimes and that makes it frustrating, but customer service tends to assist in resolving these issues. My only axe to grind is not sure how to get the finished product on our own website, so I purchase tokens. I mean it is a service, so this one way to pay for the service. I don't make a big deal because it still is a bargain to me. Overall any issues I encountered, they assisted and resolved. I would get it and play with it. You won't lose.
Very clever piece of software but...has so many glitches and faults...it fails to publish, crashes frequently and features hidden everywhere ... not user friendly. The publisher's website and knowledge base is rubbish and technical support is non existent...it's as if the publisher has produced a poor quality software to make you pay more for support
