I have used this service twice already, and providing that I live in Australia, and be able to send gifts to my friends and family in law in Switzerland from here knowing that my request will be taken with the most precious diligence, I totally trust this brand and the people behind this. I was kept informed, even my inlaws were not at home, Floramamma rang them to check when the delivery could be done. Last time, the deliver person forgot a bottle of wine and even though it was the weekend, the bottle of wine was delivered later on. Excellent service!!!

I've recently ordered 3 bouquets of flowers into Switzerland and Austria. Very satisfied with great compositions although some were not 100% as shown on web-site. What I liked the most is flexible service which managed to adapt to some communication complexities with recipients and still get the job done.

Very professional and such a good experience

They send the bouquet of flower and chocolate to my girlfriend in Florence on time and professionally. The delivery woman was so friendly too. Such a good experience and for sure will reorder when needed.

Dealing with Maria and Floramamma was an absolute pleasure. The communication was great at every step and they even asked me if they could substitute a different colour of a particular flower. They phoned the recipient before delivery to make sure someone was home and let me know immediately afterwards that it was done...always a relief when ordering from across the world! (South Africa) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I sent flowers to a friend in hospital and Floramamma was a delight to work with. I ordered online from Australia and the wonderful bouquet of fresh flowers was delivered next day to Monaco. The order process was easy and they were proactive and responsive to an additional request I had. I was very pleased with the service I received from Floramamma. I had been searching for for an international florist for a few years as the Interflora Florist in my town had gone out of business. The flowers that I had ordered were what I had expected and they were delivered on the day that was requested. I will definitely use this service again.
