They scam their "partners" too. I'm a florist in Denmark, and I never got paid. They placed an order about a year ago. I delivered the flowers and then...silence!!! :-(

Poor quality and appalling customer service
Bought 2 wrap cover up dresses. Bought size according to size chart (14), Far too small and appallingly poor quality, looked like rags. Contacted customer service who told me I received what I ordered, eventually offered £3 refund although cost over £20. Alternatively I could return to China at my own expense which they advised would be very costly! 1 would give 0 stars if it was possible!

I wish i could leave 0 stars. This website is a scam, paid my flowers never delivered. Phone numbers both inactive, e-mail no one ever answered is insane. I hate them so much and is so frustrating, i basically gave them 70$ for no reason. Don't buy flowers from them it's a SCAM!!!

International Funeral Wreath Delivery
We received excellent customer service and product when we had to order flowers from the United States to Germany for my uncle’s funeral. We were pressed for time, and the representative worked with us to make sure that our arrangement made it in time. Additionally, we had a special request and they were able to accommodate it on short notice. I will absolutely use them in the future.

Flowers from Portugal to Germany, with love ❤️ I live in Portugal and wanted to send my boyfriend flowers and chocolates for his birthday! He is living in Germany. At Maria's Fiorist I got to do it easily, as everything is very well explained on the website, and I asked for the flowers to be in the vase - and they did it! And before delivering it, they phoned my boyfriend to check the adress, which was very useful, as he was home working, so they delivered the flowers and chocolates at his home on that same day, for his birthday! He felt so happy with the surprise and I was very happy too!! ❤️ Thank you sou much! We'll keep on using your services! Paula

There was a slight problem which was sorted out quickly. The flowers were great and the recipient was delighted.
Flowers did not arrive on time
Flowers did not arrive on time, it took them weeks to respond, they substituted the bouquet I ordered for something that looked like it spent days in the trunk of the car with no word of apology. Only letting me know that substitution took place a month after they finally delivered. Worst experience possible.
Perfect Service - cannot be faulted
From the first email I got back from these guys, I knew that I was in better hands than I was when I tried with other flower companies. There is absolutely no way that I would use any other, now that I have found you. She LOVED the flowers. I received a picture of them from her and the bouquet looks absolutely fantastic. Please pass on my thanks to the local florist for being flexible with my requirements, offering me different options and ultimately creating such an amazing bouquet. Please thank the delivery driver for being so prompt with the delivery and also for his efforts to keep the flowers as a surprise when he called her to deliver. The florist has done such a great job. I especially thank Domenico for his tireless and relentless work to deliver all of my requests. Nothing I asked for was impossible for him. He completed every request immediately, liaised with the florist (in Catania, Sicily) perfectly, helped me with my Italian message and communicated brilliantly not only on the phone, but in his emails also. I enjoyed speaking with him, he is great! You should be proud to have a representative like Domenico working in your customer service team.

Not a single thing about the bouquet was as on the picture. The number of flowers was different (less than promised), they were all changed to much cheaper versions. I tried calling them but the call kept hang up no matter how many times I called. I emailed them and I never received a reply. SCAMMERS!!! Basically I gave my sister some VERY expensive grass and sticks.
