Very easy to navigate and a wonderful selection of flowers.
They have never let me down, and made people happy
They never let people down, I only order from them for this reason. My sister-in-law took a nasty fall, and many surgeries later, she is still being operated on. I send her flowers to make her feel better, with teddy bears and chocolate with a heartfelt I love you. The delivery is quick and the price is great.

Look Anywhere Else But Here
I ordered the "Baby's First Block by Teleflora - Blue - Deluxe" flower arrangement for my sister to celebrate her first child. I am currently a deployed service member and was unable to be there with her or go to a florist myself. Because of this, I entrusted this company to create a beautiful arrangement for her, and their failure to fulfill that simple expectation is an understatement. The photo advertised on their website looked nothing like the advertisement. The flowers were wilted, they used cheap greenery for filler when they advertised a full arrangement of only flowers. Not to mention I paid extra for the deluxe and she received even less than what was pictured in the standard arrangement. I also paid extra for a ballon which she did not get. I can provide photos of both the advertisement and what was received. I reached out to the company to resolve amicably, but their customer service was not at all understanding, nor do they at all stand behind their satisfaction guarantee. They instead hide behind their "substitution policy" to justify their fraudulent false advertising. I understand reasonable substitutions, but you cannot just change the entire arrangement and call it a "substitution." They also made the ridiculous statement that they provide a special instructions field for "certain requests like "must have this type of flower" or "please keep the same container."" Again completely ridiculous they want you make a special request for something that is already advertised. I requested a refund and offered for them to take the flowers back. But they refused a full refund/return and only offered 20% from the product price. I am in the process of disputing this with my bank. This is an insane hassle for something that was supposed to be simple. But I would like to protect future unsuspecting customers from making the same mistake.
DO NOT TRUST THEM!
Two days ago, I ordered flowers to be delivered, the next day, to a friend. Yesterday, the site showed that it was on its way and this morning I noticed that it was never delivered. Today, I got an e-mail telling me "we are sorry.... " but they can deliver with an upgrade but ONLY TOMORROW!!
