I have more than 15 years of professional experience, and I believe I provided relevant responses based on my actual experience and the responsibilities I have handled throughout my career. While I understand the value of AI-based assessments, I am not entirely convinced that an AI interviewer can accurately evaluate the depth, context, and practical impact of a candidate's experience, particularly for experienced professionals.
Human experience often involves judgment, stakeholder management, problem-solving, handling complex situations, and understanding business context—areas that may not always be captured accurately through predefined AI evaluation criteria or responses to a limited set of questions.
Receiving a rejection immediately after the interview also made the overall experience feel somewhat impersonal. I fully respect the hiring decision, but I would have appreciated a more meaningful evaluation of my experience and the relevance of my responses before reaching a conclusion.
I am sharing this feedback constructively because I believe AI can make recruitment more efficient, but for senior and experienced professionals, it should ideally complement human evaluation rather than completely replace it.

I am very passionate about customer service and support but it was my first time doing an AI interview I was home on my own with no support I was nervous, I could've gotten support if I was in their offices and maybe I was going to get the job, because I needed it. Scam - makes vulnerable people pay out of pocket and download malicious software
Scam! Stay away from this website. They made me do an interview then asked for payment for every single interview answer to be improved. It also revealed 6 more questions that I hadn’t completed, this was strange as when doing the interview, it didn’t specify there to be a time limit of any sorts. It’s using Ai so it will get faults in every question) and then target the vulnerable who are desperate for the job and will pay. Each corrected question is £6! So in total you’d be paying up to £100!
Then I allegedly went through to the next stage where you had to DOWNLOAD A SOFTWARE before taking the CRM!!!! No recruitment agency would ever tell you to download a software. They stated “don’t try and bypass, if you don’t download, your CRM won’t be recorded”. This software only works with windows which I was so lucky about as I couldn’t download it, then I checked with Gemini how to fix the issue using Mac and he discovered it to be a scam.
Believe it or not, it said under the email, “your computer will detect the software to be a virus, this is normal, as computers don’t see this software often. Just press continue each time, or disable the software”.
I then sent this to the authority who deal with scams and fraudulent activity. Along with the site that had this listing up. They were sincerely apologetic and took the listing down immediately.
Don’t use this site. A bunch of scammers. Will prey on the vulnerable trying desperately to get a job, make them pay out of pocket which no recruiter will do ever! And then attempt to download malicious software onto the computer that’s ‘necessary’ for the rest of the process. Pathetic.
