I appreciate the opportunity to interview with Flowmingo and the time invested in the process. However, I would like to share some candid feedback regarding the interview and evaluation process. I have more than 15 years of professional experience, and I believe I provided relevant responses based on my actual experience and the responsibilities I have handled throughout my career. While I understand the value of AI-based assessments, I am not entirely convinced that an AI interviewer can accurately evaluate the depth, context, and practical impact of a candidate's experience, particularly for experienced professionals. Human experience often involves judgment, stakeholder management, problem-solving, handling complex situations, and understanding business context—areas that may not always be captured accurately through predefined AI evaluation criteria or responses to a limited set of questions. Receiving a rejection immediately after the interview also made the overall experience feel somewhat impersonal. I fully respect the hiring decision, but I would have appreciated a more meaningful evaluation of my experience and the relevance of my responses before reaching a conclusion. I am sharing this feedback constructively because I believe AI can make recruitment more efficient, but for senior and experienced professionals, it should ideally complement human evaluation rather than completely replace it.
