Completely scam! Never buy anything here. So disappointed Facebook! Never trust facebook ADs. This is not first time. And so disappointed Paypal also. This scam site charged more but the Paypal allowed it and didn’t solve this problem.

Profoundly disappointing. I ordered a Panama hat which appeared to be excellent quality from the promotional pictures, artisan made and able to fold and roll like the traditional Panama hat it claimed to be. Arrived 5 weeks later in a plastic bag. Completely flattened and creased. Poorly finished and with a wired brim that prevents it being rolled. Made in China. It’s junk. This company are internet scammers.
Hat was supposed to be a real Panama hat according to Facebook ad, but was more like a paper hat crushed in a bag, trash, not wearable. This is a scam.
Ordered this summer hat after looking at the video on Facebook. Wish I had followed my instincts. Hat was not in a tube, as shown in video. Stuffed in a bag and , I think, rolled over by a tractor. No way this will be wearable. IN THE BIN
I have been in contact with this company for two weeks and are such a fraud - asking me to return the damaged and counterfeit item to China knowing that the cost is prohibitive - they have now offered half the refund which on a matter of principle I have refused - there are many many more defrauded customers like me and they need to be called out Al- I've contacted the Chinese embassy and all the payment companies
