I bought two kitchen rugs that looked of excellent quality. Theoretically, it took a month for them to arrive from Norway and I received two different rugs of poor quality. When I complained they told me that the return is to China. According to them, they sent the correct merchandise. I showed with photos that this was not the case and they only offered to return $14 dollars. Totally disappointed
Buyer beware….I got sucked in and bought two of these cordless mini vacuum cleaners based on how powerful they supposedly are. I have received them and I can confirm and they are the most useless items of all time. Hardly any suction at all. Very misleading….What a waste money!!!
Be careful, ordered sweatshirts on the magicport.net and the price showed there is different from what have been deducted from the credit card. There was a difference of at least +15% which was never mentioned before. The credit card deduction shows Flupacetter. Total scam.
So i was looking at a flashlight they offered on their site, and it sugested if i joined a mailing list I'd get over 50% off, so i was game to try that. But then no opportunity was given to enter the code they gave me and when it tried to back up from the checkout to see if I'd missed the opportunity to use it, instead the site told me it had confirmed the sale and charged me! I tried to write them but they were unresponsive, so i had paypal refund me instead. Days later Flupacetter finally replied claiming it was too late and asking if I'd just give their product a chance. I replied that wasn't the issue, i didn't need a wildly over priced flashlight and was only interested if it was something I could have for the deal they had offered. I explained to them why their site was the problem and it seemed suspicious at best that it was some kind of accident, it seemed very intentionally designed as a trap to take our money. They denied this but I had my refund so whatever. I got a notice for tracking their shipment that they said was too late to cancel, and it was for a tracking service I'd never heard of that didn't identify any carrier and the tracking number from which, worked on no other tracker. It's been a month and a half and the suposed package, has been sitting in Rankin inlet,X0C0G0,Canada, for over a week now without moving. I remain suspicious that there is a real flashlight at all, and would not recomend anyone buy anything from them. ED Aug 17: An aside, that 50% off deal would have made the EDC flashlight I was looking at about 25 bucks USD, plus shipping. I ended up finding the same kind on Amazon for just 20 CND with prime shipping included, so on top of it all it was WAY over priced. The bogus seeming tracker says the Flupacentter order is still in Rankin inlet.
They sell horrible crap from China. Pants absolutely different shape and material than on promotion picture. I asked for refund because they have 30 day money back. They denied! Don’t buy!!!

The first week of December I ordered an "Early Christmas Gift" for the value of 68 USD. Finally on the first day this year (January 2nd) the tracking information showed, that it left Rotterdam to be delivered (middle of the Netherlands). Communication with this company gave only answers as "please be patient", "give us a couple of more days". Not information about the logistics like DHL, Fedex, UPS, PostNl or any other transporter. I asked reimbursement: no response. CORRECTION: Flupacetter has paid my money back. One day later... well done!
Yup, these people are scammers. I ordered some items and they haven't arrived. They do a 'clever' shipping history which shows your parcel going through various stages on its journey but when arriving at UK customs, the delivery trail stops....and then nothing is delivered. Its an elaborate con and has already been highlighted by someone else in this Trustpilot thread. You can also see that flupacetter doesn't try and defend themselves by answering any of the issues posted so they are just scammers selling overpriced tat that never arrives. Be aware and do not deal with them.
STAY WELL CLEAR.....IT'S A SCAM. Waited TWO months for delivery, still not arrived. NO UPDATES, NOTHING. Called, only recorded message. So far, seems like all the one star reviews are starting to come true. No way to get a refund...Why didn't I read the reviews before I ordered....🤦♂️🤦♂️ This is a Chinese company, showing registered addresses in Cambridge and China. I have had a couple of email responses, but no further with getting my order. I ordered the product after seeing it advertised on Facebook. Be careful before you buy anything from Facebook, as they are possibly all connected. Same product on Amazon delivered in two days....Remember, if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is. Been ripped off, another life lesson learned.
I've been ripped off also by Flupacetter. August 4th 2022 Ordered Paper Liners for my Air Fryer. They finally arrived all bunched up, cheap and nasty. Cost me $94-74. Had tried to contact, ha ha to that. I'm a very limited user of the Internet. I can never get back to where i was before. Beware everyone don't use this company for anything. Josie New Zealand
Cheap, cheap, cheap. Do not buy. Non existent customer service. This has been the worst buying experience I have ever had. Been trying to get restitution from this company for 6 (SIX) months now. According to a Google search, flupacetter is an English supply company. I really expected more from our Friends across the Pond
Waited over a month to received and when finally arrived it was garbage, came in a plastic bag all deformed and crooked…… not worth a penny
This time I wish I had looked at Trustpilot, it seems I have also in hast ordered what I thought would be as shown a nice Panama Hat. After weeks of chasing to find out where my Hat was, I requested that the Flupacetter cancel the order and give me a full refund. The reply was; we are sorry but it was held up in storage in Birmingham? Then with further emails over weeks the Panama Hat arrived (at Last and with the UK having record temperatures) but it a plastic bag and Was compact enough to go through the letter box. what was it the bag was just rubbish and made in China, the hat was made from 100% paper and did not resemble down to the millimetre anything like the web-site photo and as for the inner-wire to bring it back to life, this hat could go through a metal detector and not make a sound. Fiupacetter have offered me $8 us for my disappointment and it would cost ME more money to send it back to them Ha Ha Ha. So just to make me feel a bit better I hope this review (and the others) STOP others from contacting this company, If I could take the one star away I would but I had to give it to start this review. I would like to add some photos (I sent to Flupacetter) so you can see what the product looked like, showing the bad stitching and to top it all of there largest size only fitted my granddaughter and she is coming up for 3 years. My advise is stay away or visit your local charity shop and buy one for £8 and the money goes to charity like I have just done and not give your money to Flupacetter.
Advertised as a Classic Panama hat handmade in Ecuador??? Not by a long shot, they sent a cheap hat machine made out of paper in China, plus it was stuffed into a plastic bag which crumpled and creased the brim and crown so badly the hat is unwearable. Negotiations with the seller confirm that this is a fraudulent company that preys on unsuspecting buyers.
DO NOT BUY - You will receive cheap rubbish and they will not refund - Complete scam.
Products offered are misrepresented, both in text and pictures. There is nothing genuine or true about them. Pictures are stolen from other sites and presented as the real thing. Stay away.
As others have written here, I can only confirm that my delivery was nothing but a ripoff! The Panama hat I ordered was not even close to the description. All I received - as all the others - was a flimsy, crumpled hat made in China. As I have experienced before ALL products made in China are of cheap, inferior quality and that's why I boykott evverything that comes from there. Again I have become victim of Chinese swindlers, even though I have become very watchful!
I don't know what to say. It is a joke- A bad joke. A hat packed in a flimsy plastic bag, that made the hat look nothing like in the pictures on their homepage. Impossible to get rid of the wrinkles. In other words it is unusable, They offered me a 7 USD refund which I refused to accept. An ongoing discussion with the seller. We'll see what their next move is.
I bought a real Panama hat I thought as promised on their site but the hat I got was a cheap paper hat made in China as I could have bought from Wish.com for 3$. I paid 27$ + fright. The paper Panama hat was only packed in a plastic bag and the hat looked like garbage when I got it. I could not use it. I claimed the delivery but they would only compensate me 10$. I asked for at least 27$ but I never got anything. Even the tracking was fake. It looked like send from US but the label showed that it came from China.
I ordered 2 Panama hats made of 100% straw by a weaverfamily in Ecuador rollable. I got 2 completely crumbled hats 100% paper made in China in a plastic bag one-off them dirty with stains. These hats are definitely unwearable and the material is stiff and not elastic. Beware of these betrayers!
