Not by a long shot, they sent a cheap hat machine made out of paper in China, plus it was stuffed into a plastic bag which crumpled and creased the brim and crown so badly the hat is unwearable. Negotiations with the seller confirm that this is a fraudulent company that preys on unsuspecting buyers.
