I started by ordering samples first because I wasn't entirely sure which size or fit would work best for my products. During that process, Randy Baudendistel from their team actually reached out via email to check in on my sample order and offered to personally verify my vessel measurements to ensure I got the exact right box. That level of proactive customer service really stood out! I put in an order for the 4 oz Straight-Sided Glass Jar 3-Pack Retail Box from Flush Packaging, and I was super impressed with how quickly my package arrived! The box quality is solid and displays the jars beautifully. Assembly takes a little bit of work and practice to get down at first, but once you get the fold pattern into a rhythm, it gets much easier. Overall, I really like this packaging setup—it's sturdy, presents well, and is definitely going to work for my product line and gift sets. Definitely worth trying if you're looking for clean, professional sampler packaging! Between the great packaging and top-notch customer support, Flush Packaging has gained a repeat customer!

My only complaint is that the bulk orders are in amounts that are much more than individuals (as opposed to companies) need. Offering the various sizes of Ball jar packaging in smaller quantities would be really great for those of us with small gardens/orchards who like to send gift packs to friends and family!

Excellent quality packaging. I ordered these boxes for my candle business and was genuinely impressed. The cardboard is thick, sturdy, and feels premium—not flimsy like many other shipping boxes I’ve tried. The interior inserts are made from the same high-quality corrugated cardboard and fit together perfectly, holding the candles securely in place. They provide outstanding protection during shipping while giving the package a clean, professional appearance. The price is higher than standard boxes, but in my opinion the quality justifies the cost. As order volume increases, the price becomes more reasonable. If you’re looking for reliable packaging for fragile products like candles, I would definitely recommend Flush Packaging.
