I heard about how FlyBox works and wanted to try it out for some of my home storage. The service went well, exactly how I expected. I requested one box at first, in the app. I packed the box they sent, and FedEX picked it up when I scheduled pick up in the FlyBox app. I can check the app anytime and remember what I have stored. I can see where I’ll request it be sent back to me when I need it again later this year. Simple.

I recently tried FlyBox and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the box was shipped quickly and arrived in great condition. The container itself was sturdy and well-built, which I appreciated.
However, I wasn't a fan of the packing materials—especially the cardboard piece on top. Living in Florida, I’m concerned it won’t hold up well in our humid and unpredictable weather. It just doesn’t seem very practical for this climate.
On a lighter note, the little piece of candy tucked inside the box was a sweet and thoughtful touch!

My expierience with Flybox was great
My expierience with Flybox was great. The app is very user friendly and the whole process is very easy to do. Fantastic communication on every step about my flybox. Upon receiving my box everything I needed was there and instructions were clear and simple to follow and they even provide a little treat which was a surprise. Fantastic product and company.

I wish I would have thought of this idea myself- it’s genius! It’s so perfect for my situation as someone who lives in a high-rise with minimal storage. The website and the app were very easy to use and the process so far was seamless from end-to-end.

I can't say enough good things about Flybox. Every single aspect was easy, from setting up delivery of the box, to scheduling the pickup. The packaging is plentiful and good quality. The box itself is sturdy, so I have no worries about the safety of the contents. Customer service is great and answered all of my questions. If you're considering using Flybox, do yourself a favor and do it now!
