So i booked a flight for someone

So i booked a flight for someone. Before end of booking I cancelled as I didn't like the "feel" of this company. My instincts were right. Confirmed cancellation. Left site and booked directly with airline instead. The person who I was booking for, received an email and was confused; and instead of justcheapestflights telling him flight had been cancelled they reinstated the booking and charged him direct. I could never imagine this happening and after SEVERAL phone calls, messages, I want to say the company/Joseph just says too bad. They will not refund, a flight they booked that had been cancelled. They have taken advantage of this person and taking their money. THEY COULD CLEARLY SEE THE FLIGHT HAD BEEN CANCELLED! Dishonest, amoral, fraudulent are all words that come to mind.

I had to rebook a trip due to some misinformations from the website. My attendant was Max, and he was verry patient and helpful. We stayed on the phone for 2 hours so that i can replan my trip.

⭐☆☆☆☆ AVOID THIS COMPANY. I booked a flight at the advertised price, but my ticket was never issued. Instead, I was informed that the fare I had purchased was no longer available because there were no seats left in that fare class. I was then pressured to pay hundreds of dollars more for a different ticket. When I refused to pay more, I requested that my booking be cancelled. I was then told the booking was “non-refundable,” even though the company had already admitted that no ticket had ever been issued because they could not provide the fare they sold me. The situation became even more concerning when the representative handling my booking, ARMIN THOMPSON, claimed that there was already a “soft charge” on my credit card. I immediately contacted my bank, and my bank confirmed that luckily there was no charge and no authorization hold whatsoever. The most disturbing part of my experience came afterward. ARMIN THOMPSON told me that he would process my cancellation and send me the cancellation confirmation only if I first posted a 4- or 5-star review on Trustpilot and sent him a screenshot as proof. He repeated this request several times and even specified that the review had to be 4 or 5 stars. A positive review should NEVER be requested as a condition for resolving a customer service issue. Reviews are supposed to reflect genuine customer experiences, not be exchanged for assistance or used as leverage before a case is resolved. Asking a customer to publish a 4- or 5-star review before processing a cancellation seriously undermines the credibility of this website. Everything I have written here is based on my direct experience and is supported by emails and WhatsApp conversations that I have kept.

These guys are scam

These guys are scam. I booked my flight and they did not process the flight. And when I called them for the confirmation they said the floght was no more available its already booked and offered me another flight next day and asked doubled the price of original flight and I said I want to cancel and they said you have to pay the cancellation fee. I declined and they get rude and insultive. Please be aware these guys are scam.
