Ruby was finally able to correct a systems issue problem with an upcoming reservation, pleasantly, promptly and effectively. I spoke with 2 other representatives earlier who were rude, not willing to help me, and one actually hung up on me. Ruby has restored my faith in Booking.com. Job WELL DONE!
The worst experience ever with this company. I absolutely do not recommend them. In fact, it's not even a company, it's just a scam. Never buy a ticket with Cherry Mason or any other airline. You'll never get on your plane! Damn scammers!

I booked on this sight for an amazing deal on flycheapestonline.com unfortunately when we talked to Gwen she informed us there were no seats available at that price for the second leg of our journey. I knew going in there would be a cancellation fee but Gwen was able to get it lowered. Before cancelling our flight Gwen spent 45 minutes trying to find us a flight that would work. Unfortunately it wasn’t going to work. But a big thank you to Gwen. Ellen Stolz

The prices were definitely lower than all the other companies that I had looked at. The only downside is that the booked ticket price can (and did for me) jump up. Originally it was advertised at 3 hundred and something, but once confirming the date via phonecall they follow up with, the only options were a few days later and for 5 hundred and something. Overall, I can't complain as it was far cheaper than anything else I had looked at. They were fast with getting me my ticket information which was nice as I had booked the ticket with little time in advance, so I didn't have to worry or stress about that. Jason helped me to find the perfect balance between price and the date that I wanted to fly out from Edmonton, Alberta to Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. The flight only had a single transfer at Toronto (which is never a surprise and expected) and only a 45 minute window for time between flights which was perfect. (Minus the airline having weather issues and pushing back the flight, but that's not on them!) 4/5 stars for the price issue but everything else was fantastic. They also included baggage fees (2 checked) in the total price with a single carry on baggage allowed, which was nice.

Ashley was super helpful. She transferred me to the supervisor when appropriate. She offered me different flight times before recommending a cancelation. In the end, my cancelation charges were reduced and Ashley informed me I can contact her for any future travel help - including things such as hotel bookings and more. She even listened to my personal story in relation to the flight. Props to Ashley for amazing customer service.

I had difficulties finding a flight last minute for a funeral. The representative called me right away and was super helpful in arranging my flight and making sure I was taken care of. He called back to make sure I got the tickets emailed as well. Great customer service!
