Although I experienced unsatisfactory service and the incorrect item. I have reached an acceptable agreement which has been reach and dealt with very promptly, for this I can’t fault them
2 months ago I ordered a top from this company (flycurvy uk) the photo looked just what I needed but not the cheapest online purchase i have made but it seemed ideal. I waited a month to receive it and when it came it was very poor quality and i was rather disappointed😞. Several communications with the online support team resulted in a full refund (and I get to keep the item which isn't relevant because it won't be wearing it)
The company is based in China DO NOT EXPECT TO RETURN YOUR GOODS FOR REFUND)
The company need to review their policy and do a much better job of vetting the goods before dispatch.
However I cannot fault the support team who were prompt, courteous and helpful in getting me a refund

I placed an order a while ago. It did take a while to get it, but everything fit really well and I Like the shirts I ordered. I did write to them asking where my order was and they answered me fairly quickly. Also I paid with PayPal. That makes a difference.
I finally got the rest of my order today. I love the shirts so much! I ordered 6. I ordered a size up because most everything clothes on FB is too small.
Their clothes are true to size! I emailed asking them to send the remainder of my order a size smaller. I didn’t hold out hope, but they came through & sent the size smaller.

I ordered an outfit, & it was delivered today, right on time. It even fit perfectly as well. I will definitely be buying from them again & I wholly recommend them & their products.
I loved the items that I received, but one item needs to be exchanged for a larger size. There was no paperwork or instructions on how to return or exchange. Please advise as to how I do this.
I'm very disappointment with what I ordered the top is not shaped like in the picture. The top should be rounded at the bottom not straight across. The shape is why I ordered this top. Also the sleeve can't be rolled up like in the picture because you see the inside stitching. The picture shows a piece of trimming attached to the sleeve. VERY VERY unhappy with my order and it costs more to ship the item than what I paid for it.

Well, the cost was more than what I would pay at a local store like Giant Tiger or the Hart Store, which can have good clothes but often don't last. The tops I ordered (L) were very large, so that arm holes/pits were bigger than expected. I'm 5'6", weigh 160 lbs, and wear a 38DD bra. I assumed Large would be my size. They are super baggy, some even with loose threads visible. I was expecting more for the price, sorry. I will not order again.

The clothing is nice but when you get it there sizes are not what you expect. And when you want to return them because they are to small you cant because it cost to much. They offer you a 15% credit back but thats just pennys in a bucket to what you spend. I have found all of these clothing companys are the same way.

The dress I ordered fit perfectly. Nice flowy material and looks beautiful on. The only negative was the amount of time it took to arrive. I placed my order on the 13th May and received it on the 17th June.
The shipping took a couple months, and was hard to track. So, I had to take off a star for that. I ordered three tops and pants. They were as beautiful as shown in the pictures. The material is good quality and wash fine. I received many compliments when wearing them. One of the tops is still not here, but they do come from China. Well worth the wait.
The item was shipped in a timely fashion from your warehouse, but I have not received it as yet. So I can not make any comments about the product, until I receive it.
