Total fraud!!! Do not use this site or fall for their lies. They stole $270 of my money knowing I was flying for a family funeral. Anthony is a total scumbag and began disparaging me when I called him out on his Bangladesh bullshit. I filed with my bank, attorney general and the FTC.
Liars every single one of them and the post stating they do good jobs are all fake and that's why every single one except trustpilot says the truth. Trustpilot should be ashamed of themselves for not verifying unless they're also getting a kickback from all the money flying fair is stealing from clients. We booked three tickets could not get confirmation could not get any information on the 25th hour I get an email saying there's a problem with my tickets and I need to change Airlines now I can't even get a hold of them and I fly tomorrow so I'm screwed and we'll be doing a class action lawsuit to also include trust pilot.com for false advertising

SCAM ⚠️ ALERT, THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!! Booked and had it charged to my credit card. Confirmed the tickets, double Confirmed and received confirmation I am guaranteed passes. Got to the airport on the day of the flight and no passes. Called, on hold for an hour. Checked the airline manifest and I had no reservation listed. Too late to book flights now, trip canceled.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company in my 24 years traveling around the world. I first booked a flight with them because the terms said changes are not frequent. However the transaction didn’t even go through and had to contact customer service, the agent couldn’t speak English and his Spanish was barely understandable. The first thing they said was: money is not refundable even when the transaction had not been processed, since they didn’t actually have the seat in the flight they were offering online. The agent didn’t give me the tracking number for the call and didn’t even know what it was. They ended up offering me, for extra money, the same date and time but in another cabin, because supposedly there were no seats available in the one I first booked and then processed the transaction. I had no other choice but to trust again or loose my money. However just a few hours before my flight I got my boarding pass with a totally different time and it made me not only unable to be back to work but I also had to book an extra night at a hotel. The agents were rude all the time. And the only way I could get a hold of them was in WhatsApp. Their phones or email were never answered. My money not returned and I will totally complain with the department of transportation. Are you getting a ticket? You might. But certainly not the one you’re paying for but who knows where they’ll put you and your family and what many other inconveniences you will have before you get it. They will certainly give you a thousand excuses and make you pay more. To add up on my return flight I went to the airport and AA didn’t let me board the flight. They told me the payment they used was rejected so I didn’t have a seat on the plane. Had to come back by bus that day.
BEWARE! Our experience was a nightmare. Less than 24 hours before departure, this company could not provide a valid airline confirmation code. They then changed our itinerary and placed us on a different flight. When we arrived at the airport, Alaska Airlines told us the ticket had been issued fraudulently and was not valid. We were left scrambling at the last minute with no help or accountability from the company. I would never book with them again and urge others to be extremely cautious
I had booked a ticket back home all the money i had by the way. Thought it was paid for they call me and said it was more money i said i wasnt paying moreand said my card wasnt charge but it was then he wanted to show proof it was through email. I never hears of this problem and kelpt calling me for more money it a big scam dont use them

Agent Pablo was very great and tentative, he explained everything and guided me step by step. Also, was kind enough to call me and asked me about my flight, wich because of some family emergency i was not able to take, and he helped me out with that too.
