What people say

After just one wash

After just one wash, every print cracked despite being pressed on a commercial heat press following the recommended settings. I was refunded only $90, yet I lost approximately $1,800 in materials and labor. I was later told that I should have performed a test print on an old shirt, pressed it, cured it, washed and dried it to see how it reacted. This expectation was never made clear beforehand. What was most disappointing was the customer service. After reviewing the issue, the company ultimately confirmed that the prints were defective, yet stated they were not responsible for any garments once they had been pressed. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating experience that resulted in significant financial loss for my business. I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled and will not be ordering from this company again.
