Game Changer

The effectiveness of the product has been life changing for my wife. She is able to eat many things that had previously caused distress and enjoy a more varied diet. Delivery has been timely.

It's so great that you're seeing this kind of change in your wife's quality of life; a more varied diet and less distress are exactly what FODZYME is here for. Glad the delivery has been smooth too. Thank you for sharing 💛

So far great

So far great. We switched to a Mediterranean diet some time ago. Before that I cut out the usual milk products, gluten, sugars. However and that is a big however. I like food, all foods. So I don’t need a lot of Foodzyme. So with better choices and a little Foodzyme here and there, “Life is good”. Thanks

Better food choices and a little FODZYME when you need it- sounds like you've found a great balance. "Life is good" is exactly what we love to hear. Thank you for sharing 💛

I don't like that my food can't be hot when I use it. Not sure how to use it on a cookie or piece of candy.

Reply from FODZYME®2026-08-04

Good news: FODZYME can actually be used on hot food as long as it's at an edible temperature (below 140°F). If it's cool enough to eat, it's cool enough for FODZYME! For something like a cookie or candy, you can sprinkle it right on top or add it to a bite. If you'd like more tips on making FODZYME work with different foods, our team is happy to help at [email protected] 💛

I am able to enjoy almost any food now (albeit some in smaller quantities). Fodzyme has changed my life. Because I am no longer on the Fodmap diet, my gut has healed and become much more normal...no more IBS! Thank you!!

What an incredible journey; going from a restricted diet to enjoying almost any food again is such a transformation. We're so glad FODZYME has played a part in helping you expand your diet and feel like yourself again. Thank you for sharing something so meaningful 💛

Remember to add the enzyme to your food

I am having a hard time remembering to add the enzymes to my food. And is one serving enough even if you have several high fodmap foods that meal or do you have to put one serving on each high food map food? I have not noticed that it is helped

Reply from FODZYME®2026-08-05

Building the habit takes a little time; keeping the jar where you eat or packets in your bag can help! As for dosing, one standard dose covers a typical meal, but for meals with multiple high-FODMAP foods, bumping up to 1.5-2 doses can make a noticeable difference. You don't need to dose each food separately; just sprinkle it on your first few bites, and it works across the whole meal. Give that a try and see if it helps. Our team would love to walk you through it in more detail at [email protected] 💛

For the most part Fodzyme has been a…

For the most part Fodzyme has been a life changer for me. Using Fodzyme has given me greater freedom to enjoy most foods previously I avoided completely. I use Fodzyme daily at nearly every meal, however I still have occasional set-backs, some more serious than others. I can go several weeks with little or no problems, and suddenly everything goes off the tracks for a few days. I have been using Fodzyme for nearly a year and I'm still learning how to regulate the amount to use with meals that have various portions of garlic, onions, and other problematic ingredients. I may be a slow learner, but I'm on the road to greater freedom. I have wondered at times, is there a possibility of becoming intolerant to Fodzyme?

Reply from FODZYME®2026-08-04

We really appreciate the thoughtful review! Those occasional setbacks can be frustrating, especially after weeks of doing well. A few things that might help: heavier meals or dishes with lots of garlic and onion may need 1.5-2 doses, and some ingredients you might not suspect could contain FODMAPs that FODZYME doesn't cover yet, like polyols or excess fructose. And to answer your question directly, no, your body does not develop tolerance to FODZYME. Each dose provides a fresh supply of enzymes, and they don't lose effectiveness over time. Our team would love to help you pinpoint what's causing those setbacks, reach out anytime at [email protected] 💛

Loving product and helping my patients…

Loving product and helping my patients bloating, patients dont like the packet say it’s difficult to open tear and pour and not all comes out

Reply from FODZYME®2026-08-04

So glad your patients are seeing improvements with bloating! We appreciate the honest feedback on the packets; that's really helpful for us to hear. One tip for your patients: tearing the packet at the notch and tapping it against the plate can help get all the powder out. We're always looking for ways to improve the experience, and feedback like this goes a long way. Thank you for sharing 💛

I like the ease of it, but not sure it works for me

I like the ease of it, and think it has helped somewhat. But I haven’t noticed a huge different in my bloating/gas. I have had to supplement pill form enzymes and those have been working better.

no difference

It just doesn't seem to make a difference for me.

Reply from FODZYME®2026-08-04

We're sorry to hear that. FODZYME targets fructans, GOS, and lactose specifically, so if your symptoms are driven by other triggers, it may not provide the relief you're looking for. Our team would love to help figure out what might be going on. Reach out to us at [email protected]. We also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first orders if that applies.

I felt no different using this product

Reply from FODZYME®2026-08-04

We're sorry to hear that. Results can vary depending on dose, timing, and which FODMAPs are driving your symptoms. FODZYME targets fructans, GOS, and lactose specifically, so if your triggers fall outside those, it may not provide relief. If you'd like, our team is here to help at [email protected]. We also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first orders if that applies.

I'm not sure how well it works for me regarding dairy? I'll keep experiementing, Thank you.

Reply from FODZYME®2026-08-04

Experimenting is the best way to figure it out! For dairy, the amount of lactose can vary a lot. A splash of milk in coffee is very different from a bowl of ice cream, so adjusting your dose to match can help. If you'd like personalized guidance, our team is always here at [email protected] 💛

I still have alot of gas which is embarrassing. It has definitely helped with the diarrhea so far. I have recommended it to 2 friends, one has ordered it.

Reply from FODZYME®2026-08-04

We're glad the diarrhea has improved; that's a big step. For the remaining gas, adjusting your dose for heavier FODMAP meals may help, and it's also worth considering whether some of your triggers might include polyols or excess fructose, which FODZYME doesn't cover yet. Thank you for recommending us to your friends too; that means a lot. Our team is here at [email protected] if you'd like help fine-tuning things 💛
