Saved from distress by Fodzyme
I just spent the greater part of July in the hospital and then rehab. Institution dieticians have no clue about IBS-D or the low FODMAP diet. I used Fodzyme liberally on everything I ate and managed not to have any adverse effects. Fodzyme saved me!

What a tough situation, being in a hospital and rehab setting with no control over your meals and no FODMAP awareness from the dietitians. We're so glad FODZYME was there to protect you through it all. We hope you're on the mend and feeling stronger. Thank you for sharing this 💛
The customer service is great, very friendly and helpful. The online account and ordering are easy to manage.

Knowing our team comes across as friendly and helpful really means a lot; that's the experience we want every customer to have. Thank you for taking the time to share that 💛

I can eat salsa again
I can eat salsa again. I can enjoy restaurant food that might contain onions or garlic. I can travel with more confidence than before. Fan for life.

Three things we love about this: salsa is back, restaurants are back, and travel is back. That's a whole life reopened. Thank you for being part of the FODZYME family 💛
The few times I have tried it seemed to help. I am just afraid to try foods that I have stayed away from for so long.
Reply from FODZYME®2026-08-04
That fear is completely understandable after avoiding certain foods for so long; it takes real courage to start reintroducing them. Going slow with small portions of one trigger food at a time is a great way to build confidence. We're here to support you every step of the way, reach out anytime at [email protected] if you'd like guidance on where to start 💛
The powder helps, but not a magic bullet. Maybe I haven't identified all my triggers yet. It does seem to help me when I know I have onion and garlic, but at times my system seems to get overwhelmed and the best thing I can do is go back to a bland diet. Unfortunately, when I'm eating onion and garlic there is usually a large list of other ingredients in there so narrowing it down is difficult.

This is a really honest and insightful review; thank you for sharing. You're right that complex meals with long ingredient lists make it hard to know exactly what's causing issues. FODZYME handles the fructans in garlic and onion, but if those dishes also contain polyols, excess fructose, or other non-FODMAP triggers, you may still experience symptoms. Two things that might help: try bumping your dose up slightly for heavier meals, and the Monash FODMAP app or our free FODMAP Scanner at fodzyme.com can help you identify hidden triggers in those ingredient lists. Our team would love to help you work through it — reach out anytime at [email protected] 💛
I am still not 100% secure in trusting the powder to do all it is intended to do and I started a few days ago the PRS-01 pills series, so the jury is out with 2 new items in my system. however I have high hopes for a turn for the better in my gut journey that I never planned to go on in the 1st place.
Reply from FODZYME®2026-08-04
We completely understand. Trusting something new when it comes to your gut takes time, especially when none of this was in the plan. One tip: testing FODZYME and new additions separately, where possible, can help you see what's doing what. If you'd like guidance on getting the most out of FODZYME, our team is always here at [email protected]. Wishing you all the best on this journey 💛

When I was released from the hospital I…
When I was released from the hospital I was unable to eat, didn’t know why, wasn’t given any instructions, and therefore lost many pounds. My PCP suggested I research FODMAP and it seemed like it might be a good fit. It’s definitely helpful, but it’s a lot to learn.we live in an underserved area regarding medical providers, but I was able to get an appointment with my GI nine months after my surgery. The appointment is upcoming. I’m still learning but you folks have been most helpful to me. My weight has stabilized.i am very grateful. I guess info about this is difficult to come by because Big Pharma isn’t behind it. Thanks for your help. Jane Dean

Jane, this really touched us. Going from a hospital release with no guidance to finding your way to FODMAP and stabilizing your weight- that takes incredible determination, especially in an underserved area. We're so glad we could be a helpful part of that journey, and we hope your upcoming GI appointment gives you even more clarity and support. Our team is always here whenever you need us. Thank you for sharing your story 💛

Works Well (At a cost)!
It generally works very well and has helped, especially with suspected fructose malabsorption. It is just very expensive, especially if using it three times a day.
Reply from FODZYME®2026-07-29
We're glad FODZYME is helping! Just a helpful note: FODZYME targets fructans, GOS, and lactose, not excess fructose directly. Many foods associated with fructose malabsorption are also high in fructans, so the relief you're feeling may be from that overlap. We hear you on the cost, especially at three times a day. Subscribing saves $14.99 per order, and U.S. customers may be eligible to use HSA/FSA funds for up to 40% savings. We also offer discounts for those experiencing financial hardship. Reach out anytime at [email protected] to explore your options 💛
It is a huge help. It is expensive but wonderful knowing you can eat a meal and not suffer. I will continue to use it.

Eating a meal and not suffering- that peace of mind is everything. We hear you on the cost, and subscribing saves $14.99 per order if that helps. We're glad FODZYME has earned a permanent place at your table 💛
Because of Fodzyme I am now able to eat nutritious and filling meals like I used to before I had IBS.
I still limit the “trigger” foods like beans, etc and with my to go packets I can once again eat at restaurants and enjoy myself.
I have been using Fodzyme for a few months now, I have a subscription so I get it every month, and it has been a lifesaver for me.
Reply from FODZYME®2026-07-28
Getting back to nutritious, filling meals and enjoying restaurants again- that's such a meaningful change. Love that you're using the packets on the go and that the subscription keeps you covered month after month. Thank you for sharing your experience 💛
It helps with several foods that would normally causes me to experience IBS symptoms. However I still get some mild blotting after eating high fod foods. Also I have discovered that it doesn't help when I eat any kind of fried foods.
Reply from FODZYME®2026-07-28
We're glad FODZYME is helping with several of your triggers! For the remaining bloating with heavier FODMAP meals, bumping up your dose slightly may help. As for fried foods, those symptoms are likely driven by the fat content rather than FODMAPs, and that's something FODZYME isn't designed to address. Your healthcare provider may have some helpful strategies for managing that side of things. Thank you for sharing 💛
It works great. I was able to eat ice cream for the first time. It was 3 bites because, dairy, but i didnt die like I absolutely would have not using this. It doesn't really taste idk I think its a bit sweet and ir changes the consistency of what you are eating . But the benefit far outweigh the negatives
Reply from FODZYME®2026-07-29
Three bites of ice cream and didn't die; we'll take that as a win! So glad FODZYME made that possible. We appreciate the honest feedback on taste and texture too. For ice cream, mixing it in well can improve consistency. Glad the benefits are making it worth it for you 💛
The product works!
I do wish this was in stores so more people could try this out
Reply from FODZYME®2026-07-28
So glad it's working for you! We'd love to see FODZYME on more shelves too, getting the word out and making it easier to find is something we're always working toward. Thank you for sharing and for wanting others to discover it 💛
it cost a lot of money and I didn’t do anything for me. I won’t be re-buying it.
Reply from FODZYME®2026-07-28
We're sorry to hear that, and we understand the frustration given the cost. FODZYME targets fructans, GOS, and lactose specifically, so if your symptoms are driven by other triggers, it may not provide relief. If you'd like, our team is here to talk through your experience at [email protected]. We also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first orders if that applies.
I like the website and the ability to adjust when I get and often I get my powder. And I like the fact that the product gets sent automatically monthly.
I also like the longer spoon that is now being used.
Reply from FODZYME®2026-07-28
Glad the subscription management and auto-delivery are working so well for you, and great to hear you're a fan of the longer spoon too! Thank you for sharing 💛
The customer service rep had heard my voice message and she had already changed my order before we spoke to confirm. Very efficient.
I appreciate the option to speak with a staff nutritionist! Packaging is very good.
Reply from FODZYME®2026-07-27
Proactive service before you even had to ask that's our team at their best! We're glad you appreciate the nutritionist option and the packaging too. Thank you for sharing 💛
