Terrible experience. Tried buying speck magnets for my kids for Christmas and it’s now end of February it’s still saying pending shipment from China. $60 later and no response after sending them over 10 emails asking for status. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this site.
I ordered and paid two drone batteries on september last year. After one month whithout any news I requested by mail some Info about this order : NO ANSWER. January 2025 : I´m still waiting any word about it. They don´t answer mails neither whastapp. They had recently sent me a FAKE tracking order and a is a FAKE too its relationship with PayPal. All in this Company is a SCAM , Please be careful to BUY them.
Folkdeal pretends to send something, they register a package with DHL themselves. yuntrack also seems fake, also pretending that something is being sent. However, it never arrives at DHL Netherlands, even though their website says it has arrived in the Netherlands. Contact with DHL NL never arrived.
Never delivered the product. A scam.
Paid extra for delivery, haven't received the books yet. I wouldn't trust this website, I think its a scam.
Ordered on the 24th September, still not even processed, they haven’t responded to my messages on live chat, email or Facebook I also can’t log into my account now as apparently it’s been temporarily disabled
I stick to 'poor customer service since they don't respond to queries or cancelation requests. Any how, the package did arrive after a few weeks. 4 stars for the product. The robocar poli toy set is generally very expensive. They do have a cheaper version, price wise and quality wise. Kids liked it and It works for me .
This company isn’t worth 1 star!!! I order Christmas presents on Dec 4th and never received them, but I paid for them… I have sent 3 emails to them and got no response… Do not give them a dime
I received my order and I must say I am not happy at all. This was a Christmas gift for my son and it is stained and appears to have been cut or burned. The packaging was awful, the plush was smashed into a very small bag making it bent and distorted when I removed it. I have emailed the company 4 times with photos and not one response or acknowledgment.
I went about it the wrong way, I ordered and then read their review pages which was probably the wrong way. Then after reading the reviews I really feared the worst and contacted PayPal to cancel the transaction but was told it was to late. Then realising I couldn't do anything I just waited. Anyway 2 or 3 days later my parcel turned up and I have to say i was quietly surprised. I had ordered the lego (copy) of the Lamborghini . It turned up nicely packaged and I have to say it was the best build I have ever done and a lot better than a good few of the real Lego products I have purchased. There was not 1 piece missing out of nearly 4,000 bits. I have to say my experience with Folkdeal was 100% and can't believe it after reading lots of negative reviews. I want to order again from them but am just unsure now after reading all the comments.
Terrible!!!! Scammers!!! Evasive or just ignoring emails. Very unprofessional. I want my money back and will try this via PayPal.
Awful. Not worthy of 1 star. Paid for express delivery. Arrived after 6 weeks- order was wrong. Very poor quality books. Many emails sent requesting refund, I was advised I could get a refund if I paid to ship the product back. AVOID THIS SELLER.
Very bad!!! My son wants to buy some Pokémon booster packs…. They said 2-3 Weeks …. Did not get any order…. After a lot of Trubel with folkdeal, a lot of mails, no answer, and some mails to paypal they send me after two month my money back…. No order… my son was very sad about it after waiting so long!!!
Awful. Received the wrong product in broken packaging, price not cheap but product was, tried to contact them to complain and not heard anything. Please do not buy from them. Please can this company not be taken down??
I never even got my cards. This company is a complete fraud. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE. PayPal however is an amazing company that steps in every time and refunds my money whenever there are scammers like this company. I should have done my research because apparently they are scamming all their customers and it infuriates me they are still allowed to be on the internet selling.
