Regarding your request for a refund, while we truly wish we could accommodate it, our policy does not allow refunds once a subscription has been activated, as access to the platform and its features begins immediately after purchase. This policy is outlined on our website, and we're happy to clarify any part of it if needed. This is the response, even though the site isn't working—it is a 100% fraudulent site. I will contact the bank today to file a complaint and get a refund. I do not recommend buying from this scam site.
Hi Admin, Thank you for taking the time to share this with us and we are sorry to hear about your experience. We have submitted a request for more details so we can look into this properly.
