No "30-day money back guarantee" even after email confirmation
Update: ForexStore offered to swap out the FX Proctor licenses for a license of choice at their website (forexstore.com), with a refund of the price difference. This is a positive way to approach the misunderstanding. ===== initial review: I recently asked for a trial of FX Proctor. FX Proctor (support employee Josh) told me instead to just buy it with a "30-day money back guarantee". I have it all on email. I went ahead and bought FX Proctor at Forexstore.com After 2 weeks of mediocre live results, and some back and forth with FX Proctor, I decided to go for the money back. And FX Proctor refused to pay me back! ForexStore.com is the transaction party, but they completely waive their refund responsibility to FX Proctor.
