I recently placed an order with Forte Series and, despite some international shipping hurdles, I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
The products are absolutely top-tier. I purchased the Chrome Clay and the Sea Salt Spray. As someone with fine, medium-length hair, the Chrome Clay is a total game-changer. It provides incredible hold and a matte finish without needing hairspray for fixation. For the Sea Salt Spray, a little goes a long way, and it works best when combined with a blow dryer for that perfect beachy volume.
What really stood out, however, was the customer service. Maude (Customer Service Lead) was incredible throughout the entire process. Due to some logistics delays, they went above and beyond by adding the Texture Powder and the Argan Oil Serum to my package as a gift.
The powder is perfect for fine hair, offering great flexibility and volume, while the serum is a fantastic addition for overall hair health.
As someone who works in customer care myself, I can say this was truly world-class support. I highly recommend Forte Series not only for their quality lineup but for how they truly value their customers. I’ll definitely be back!

Forte Extreme Hold Clay
Forte Extreme Hold is hands down the best hair product I’ve ever used. It does exactly what it says it will do. This is already my second order, and I can honestly say this will be my lifelong hair product.
I’ve also purchased the Sea Salt Spray, Hair Thickening Spray, and Chrome Clay — and I absolutely love every single product. The quality is top tier across the board.
The Extreme Hold Clay is perfect because it gives a strong hold without being too shiny or messy. I only need a pea-sized amount, and my hair stays looking fresh all day long.
On top of that, their customer service is amazing. My order was delayed due to a backup, but they kept me informed the entire time and treated me with genuine kindness. They even included a gift for the inconvenience, which I should be receiving in a couple of days.
I highly recommend Forte to anyone looking for high-quality hair products that truly perform.

I had heard about the product from an Instagram ad and it peaked my interest greatly because the products were marketed as ones to help with a variety of hair types specifically. Products for straight hair like mine I feel have not gotten the love that they deserve so seeing some that might benefit me greatly excited me. The prices are what they are and that’s all fine and good. Although I did run into an issue on the end of the transaction process on the website and it had told me the product would be shipping out at a predetermined date upon my purchase. I was using the “Shop” app and after 5 days (which was the allotted time) there was no such progress on my items. I had a call with a representative and it felt like she was trying to get me to hang up the phone and not worry about my products progress in the mail and it felt very suspicious. She had told me she would provide me with a code for a discount for my inconvenience and I was somewhat satisfied with this but it was still upsetting because of how long I still had to wait for the product when I was promised a different window of time. I ended up not getting the email about the code she promised, so I emailed them asking for it. I conveyed I was nervous about never getting my product and I would like to be a customer but I wasn’t sure if I would be able to with a situation like this. Thankfully Bryan from the support team did an excellent job at reassuring me everything would be coming in on time! Bryan even offered me a free gift for the inconvenience and stress this interaction had caused, which was a great way to handle the situation and make all parties happy. If the product turns out to be good I will be becoming repeat customer and will put up a 5 star review ⭐️
