Our furnace was found to have a crack in the heat exchanger during annual inspection. Tech wrote up estimate for new unit and scheduled installation. The installation went beyond my expectations. Angel Robles did a fantastic job and kept me informed throughout installation.

Exemplary work for full HVAC replacement
Fabian and Diego went above and beyond for a full HVAC replacement at our home. This was a complex project with a new furnace + 2 heat pumps/AC units. It involved custom ductwork as well as installing ceiling cassettes in two rooms of the house. Throughout the project they checked in with us to make sure we found the best solutions and that we were satisfied. I truly feel like they worked as if it had been their own home. They showed great attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Their superviser Franco was also present throughout the process and very knowledgeable about heat pump technology. We’re very happy with the system design he came up with and all the advice throughout the process!

Had someone out to check sump pump…
Had someone out to check sump pump issue. I was at work. Battery back up sensor stated “clean terminal or replace battery.” So tech cleaned terminal, charged me $85 and left. The battery was no good. The next day the sensor came back on. His diagnosis at the time was just buy a new system. I tried calling for two days to get more info. No answer message box full. Finally got hold of someone and they said they would have the tech call me back ASAP. No call two days. Called back multiple times. Went to VM with full inbox. Talked to someone finally again. They said the tech will call you ASAP. That was two MORE days ago. Meanwhile the sump pump has been working overtime on a warning signal. Horrible customer service. If I would have known this I would have never bought a furnace from them last year. They got me pretty good.

My initial consultation with Keith was…
My initial consultation with Keith was great. He took time explaining the HVAC systems and options with me and kept great communication with me.
The installation guys (Mark Brandenburg and another guy who's name I didn't get) did a fantastic job on the install and finished the entire HVAC install plus a new hot water heater all in the same day (was originally planned to take 2 days but they worked very efficiently). Mark asked me if I had any questions throughout the install process, helped me get the new thermostat setup and answered whatever questions I had.
I admittedly was skeptical/concerned about going with Four Seasons from reviews i had read online but after addressing those concerns with Keith and him reasurring me I'd have an exoerienced team performing the installation I decided to give them a chance because they were offering the best package. Very glad I did and had a great experience. Will gladly use Four Seasons again.

The team that installed our HVAC system was polite and professional during the entire time they were here. They arrived and went straight to work. They encountered a couple of issues however they had the knowledge to work through them. When they were done showed us and explained the work had done. I've been a long time four seasons customer and generally pleased with their service but on 19 Apr 26, our furnace was deemed inoperable. The installation was done with care
The installation was done with care. I wanted the air conditioner installed under the window ledge. It took a little longer but the crew was able to accomplish this. I was very pleased. Everything they installed new furnace and AC was perfect. Great addition to the 4 season family.
