William Tellez spent an entire day at our home installing a new air conditioning system and furnace. He was extremely professional and polite. We have 3 indoor cats and he was so conscientious and careful with going in and out of several doors. He was very clean and explained everything about the system along the way. Without reservation I highly recommend him and the company.

6/12/26…. We recently had a new Generac generator, furnace, and AC unit installed by Four Seasons. The installation of the Generac went smoothly with no issues at all. I also want to recognize Josh from the generator side of the business. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and great to work with during the sales process. He answered our questions, helped guide us through our options, and made us feel comfortable with such a significant investment. The day our furnace and AC were scheduled to be installed, we were hit with horrific storms that created unexpected challenges. Our installer, Jamie Diaz, was absolutely top-notch. We have ZERO complaints about him. He was friendly, professional, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. He even stayed late two days in a row to make sure the job was completed after the storms made it impossible to finish in one day. Jamie's work ethic and dedication were outstanding. Unfortunately, our experience with Four Seasons' customer service was the complete opposite. We are still waiting on a substantial refund for rebates that should have been credited to us but were overlooked. To make matters worse, the morning after our installation was left incomplete, the installers were sent to another job and weren't scheduled to return to finish ours until between 2:00 and 5:00 p.m. that afternoon. And then there's "Sarah," the AI customer service bot. The fact that it presents itself like you're having a conversation with a real person, only to make it incredibly difficult to actually reach a human being, is beyond frustrating. When you're spending this kind of money and trying to resolve real issues, the last thing you want is to repeatedly fight your way through an automated system pretending to be a person. After purchasing three major systems from Four Seasons and spending the amount of money we did, it would have been nice to feel like our business mattered and that completing our installation was a priority. Josh and Jamie both earned five stars for their professionalism, dedication, and customer care. Unfortunately, the customer service experience significantly diminished what should have been an excellent overall experience. Update 6/19/26 Called 3x (6/17, 6/18 & 6/19) to get the Inspection scheduled and still have no date set. As I said ….. Four Seasons customer service is not ideal. Update 6/29/26 Four Seasons was able to get our inspection scheduled, and the process is now complete. The customer service experience improved significantly after we posted our original review. Both inspectors complimented the quality of the installation and the product itself, which was reassuring to hear after the challenges we experienced during the process. I hope Four Seasons continues to focus on improving its customer service and communication. When making an investment of more than $20,000, customers should feel valued and supported throughout the entire experience, not just after concerns are raised. The installation team did excellent work, and we're happy with the final product. My hope is that future customers receive the same quality installation paired with a smoother customer service experience from start to finish.

From the sales process to the installation for seasons provided a very professional experience. The technician Max Tellez was excellent. He turned up on time. He explained each stage that he was working on gave advice with regards to maintenance and the operation of the system, and I could not be happier with the Service I was provided.

I recently had central air installed, and the entire experience was excellent. Francisco Salgado and Gabriel Garcia were respectful, kind, and professional throughout the installation. They clearly explained what holes they needed to make and took great care to minimize any damage to the house. Their communication and attention to detail gave me confidence in the work they were doing. They also showed a great deal of courtesy and respect for my home. Whenever they were stepping on carpets or personal flooring, they were mindful and careful, demonstrating that they truly cared about keeping my house clean and protected during the installation. What impressed me the most was their patience and dedication. They took care of everything and even discovered an additional safety issue with the smoke ventilation from my boiler. Instead of ignoring it, they made sure it was fixed before leaving. That showed they truly took the initiative to go above and beyond for their customers. They stayed late and made sure the job was done right rather than rushing to finish. It's hard to find that level of professionalism and commitment these days. I can't thank Francisco and Gabriel enough for their outstanding work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality HVAC service.
