Polite, professional and honest
The first thing I will say about Frazier Engines is their office team is polite, helpful and professional. I had a problem with my transmission, but I did not know if it needed a simple fluid flush, clutch replacements or a new transmission. They set up the tow and gave me a price on the diagnostic. Sadly I needed a new transmission. They gave me two prices, for a new and rebuilt transmission. Another service offered a lower price both could not do the job until June. I asked if they could set up a tow home. Instead they offered to keep my car on the property! They also said I needed a new battery, which they will install. For future work I will turn to Frazier for their help and honesty.
