This will be a 2 part review. 1 the first experience of doing business and the second will come after I receive the engine and have ran it for a while. 1 From the first call I made,my sales person Scott made everything smooth, easy and very informative. Second call was even better. Same as the first call but even shared some laughs and joked a little, which there’s not enough of these days with our fellow humans. Thanks Scott! The woman in book keeping (sorry forgot her name) she also was a very easy to communicate with when I had trouble setting up payment on my end. She was very kind and helped me through the process. Thanks wonderful lady in book keeping! Number 2 to follow in a few weeks

I have not received the engine yet so I reserve comment on that. Up to this point, the service has been very good. Julia is very knowledgeable and informative. The warranty is good. I think labor for this should be adjusted for today's rates. I don't think it would cost you sales and clients would think much more highly of your company AND your product. I will leave a review after the engine is installed and has been used for awhile. Im hoping to be able to leave a 5 star review because so for I have been impressed with you. I called many companies before choosing Frasier. The pricing is fair comparatively. My only complaint is when asking for a total price, please inform the client of all the little extra charges as I was total one price and when I decided to purchase the total was higher than expected. I understand why, but when asked about a total out the door cost, that should be explained clearly. On that note, my rating is 4.5 out of 5. Not bad and will pur have from you again if im ever in need. Thank you. -Shane Adams

Wow! Out of this world product and sales!
Wow! What an experience! I couldn't find a transmission for my 2015 GMC Acadia anywhere local (Fresno area) at a reasonable price, so I decided to try online. "Fraser" kept coming up over and over. Great reviews and great prices. Got FREE shipping to my mechanic. He had it installed in a matter of days and it is incredible! It drives like it did when it was new. I don't know how I could be any happier with a product or a company. Add in the three year/unlimited miles warranty and I am out of this world! AAAAA+++++
