Ordered a Wrangler 4.0 engine from…

Ordered a Wrangler 4.0 engine from Fraser. The engine is great, runs smooth. They were running a promo where they included and pre-installed the oil pan. Sounds great. But after installing the new engine, the oil pan drips oil at the gasket. Checked torque, and the tech at Fraser that installed the pan way over-torqued it and damaged the gasket. So, I have to drop the pan, which involves dropping the exhaust too in a Wrangler, in order to replace the gasket to fix it!

Called into customer service and Lori…

Called into customer service and Lori took my call. She was the best at walking me through the process of ordering a new engine. She was also great at explaining every single step as we went along. Great customer service all around. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Thanks again for a quick and painless transaction

They may answer, but they won't take your call seriously.

I called to inquire about an engine i saw listed on their website, send my questions through an automated messaging system. I got a response stating to call them to provide more details, so I do. Salesman answers, allows me to speak 4 words before I get an unprotected hold, followed by him hanging up the phone. I decided to text the automated number to state just that, which they ACTUALLY replied, "lol". Pretty wild for a first experience. Completely unprofessional service. Besides all these clearly bogus reviews posted to offset their review rating, if you look deep enough, you'll see this is a common occurrence and its bewildering to see the detailed responses from the company trying to justify their employees blatant disrespect towards customers. Its a complete waste of resources putting out fires for something as trivial a potential client calling in (as per instruction from your automated messaging system) to inquire about a product you are selling. I get it, I called 30 minutes before closing so the sales rep probably didn't "feel like it". I would've appreciated it so much more if he just leveled with me and said, its been a long day, we're close to closing. You mind calling back tomorrow when we will have more time to better assist you? But here i am, being treated like a joke.
