I had wonderful experience after speaking with CSR - Ralph A. on live chat
I had wonderful experience after contacting the Live Chat - one of the officer helped me recover account that was forgotten password. I thought I had lost the old account and balance check out. People had mentioned their account hacked can't be recovered, but they are wrong. Not until they go on the live chat ask for support. It was a long verification process but the Customer Service Ralph A was excellence, patience and very intuitive helpful. He did background check for me and ask a series of old question related to the account. Even guide me step by step. I recommend this software and people should feel at ease and safe using it. Though you may seemed there's charges on each transaction, but it is also the good CSR that helps secure your account and restore it to original. Thanks once again. Live chat support works.
Scam! Beware!
I don't know whether it is a scam or not but it's run like a scam so that is enough. Charged me 7 dollars to do a test which is required for one of the jobs I bid on. Then I started to think maybe this job was fake. I realized from other people that if you accept a job, money is automatically taken from your account as a fee. Luckily I have not accepted. I asked a question to the "employer" but there has been no response. The site tries to trip you up in many ways to pay money and not in an obvious way like some in-paid purchases in apps. It's purposely not user-friendly and cannot be trusted.
