I have been using this platform for while,the platform cheated us, decieved us, and betrayed us by a so called change of level system to V2, without prior notice or warning, which users faced difficulty as as result, so also the issues of banning unnecessary is very bad,other platform warn before banning but this platform are wicked.

Account suspended exactly when I tried to withdraw – "multiple accounts" excuse with zero evidence I had 6 successful withdrawals on my account (Silver level) over several weeks, always going smoothly. The moment I tried to withdraw again, my account was suspended with no specific reason given. When I contacted support, I received a generic message claiming "multiple accounts operated from your device" — but no evidence, no IP address, no account number, nothing specific. I explained that I had simply changed phones recently and asked for actual evidence linking me to any other account. I got the exact same copy-pasted response a second time, ignoring everything I had written. Looking at other reviews here, I see I'm not alone — other users report the same "multiple accounts" excuse used to block legitimate withdrawals, sometimes even against family members who simply share a last name. This looks like a pattern, not a case-by-case review process. Be careful before investing time or funds into levels here — withdrawals can be blocked right when you try to cash out, with no real explanation or recourse.

I was enjoying the website until recently a trx withdrawal I made didn’t arrive on Bybit and was flagged as deposit from an “abnormal origin” Freetron.in do something
