Friday plans has absolutely changed my life. I use the 20mg 18 pill choice and I couldn't be happier. My confidence is back. I've started working on other areas to improve as a result. Bought a 6 month subscription for 186.88 and never reviewed any medication. Went round and round with customer support staff telling me my money could not be refunded until I got ahold of a manager and was told my money will be back into my account in 3 to 5 business days. I will be following this back up to let everyone know if money was refunded.

Don't waste your time with these people... their ads and commercials claim a 3-day shipping time... it's been two weeks and I still haven't received anything. Customer service just blames USPS and does nothing to resolve the issue. It is truly frustrating having to deal with people like this.

Put my plan on hold for a while. A week later they shipped anyway. This is the third time this has happened. Contacted customer service, and they said I had put it on hold too late. Nope. I did so a week before processing. They just repeated their records error. Told them I would cancel my account, and the response was, "That's easy. You can cancel online". That's the kind of customer service you can expect from this company, and it wasn't easy. They don't care that they screwed up, and they don't care about losing customers. Update: They asked me to edit my review but didn't say what or why, so here goes... They charged me and shipped something I didn't want. When questioned, I was told I was wrong. Next shipment is on my calendar with a week's advance warning, because this business doesn't tell you when they are about to ship. I paused it well ahead of time, but they didn't want to hear it. Clearly this company's customer service motto is "The customer is always wrong".
