I was roped into a prescription plan that was not mentioned prominently othe website. And the price they charged ne was four times what was advertised on tv. And the product had no effect on me whatsoever. Big waste of money.

DO NOT BUF FROM THIS COMPANY OR GIVE THEM YOUR CARD INFO. Last night they stole over $100 from me. I paid $7.91 for my first dose as they said. 2 days later Middle of the night they charged me for over $100 which they refuse to give back. I haven’t even been approved as subscription and I paid over $110 in total for something that said it was going to be $7.91. I don’t even want the pills anymore I just want my money back. This company will Steal your money do not give them your information.

Canceled my subscription over a month…
Canceled my subscription over a month ago, then they still sent me these pills that don't work and then billed me for 27.00. Under no circumstances should you order from this company. They talk about a 60 day money back guarantee but don't tell you how to get it.

Avoid at all cost, huge scam!
Avoid, avoid, avoid. Huge scam! Never got notification on recurring transactions (which I unfortunately discovered only months later) and never got a single package after my first order. Customer service flat out denied my request for refund and a transfer to senior management.

Not a perfect experience, but a satisfactory outcome.
I'll be honest; this is the third time I am writing, and posting, a review of this site. I am not spam posting, rather, I am posting so that others are aware that there are still some issues being looked into, and appear to be unresolved. However, thanks to the great people (the ones you get to when the AI chatbot is out of options) at Friday Plans, my meds have been shipped as of 06/11/2026, even though the issue we were having (I updated my payment method, and it saved, but the computer tried to bill my old card) has yet to be fixed. This problem started on 05/26/2026, and persists up thru now. I post this not to be Friday Plans on blast, but in the sincere hopes that they find the cause of this issue, and take proper steps to fix said issue. I was on my phone chatting with the same people so often that they, much to my surprise, would seem to feel my pain, and they would apply a credit here and there. This is actually the first time I have ever been "comped" for being in a position where I do everything asked of me, usually while they were still on chat with me, see that my card indeed updated, but the computer decided to still run the old payment method. So, after 2 weeks of checking in, and offering possible fixes, my account was credited to the point that they basically took responsibility for the error, and didn't want me to be miserable any longer.
So, remember, there are actual people on the other side of the phone/chat system (once it hands off to a team member), and they "get it." They don't want their error to be your problem, and to me, that speaks volumes to the character of the business because, with the volume these guys see day in and out, it'd be easy for me to just become a patient number, with this condition, needing this medicine, to them. They always treated me as though I were their product ambassador, and truly cared how this impacted my life. For that reason, I will be a member with them unless the prices start creeping higher. Friday Plans; thank you. Sincerely. I was on the verge of going to my own Dr, but thankfully, wound up not having to go that route!!
