SCAMMERS! I had the same experience as the other reviewers. They took more than I was meant to be charged from my account and my order has not arrived. Their customer service is clearly being provided by AI or monkeys. Either way they scammed me out of £60 and continue to send infuriating unsigned off emails like this:
‘You can look for it at the local parcel storage station, or the parcel storage point in the residential area‘
You can tell they are not a legit European company. What a joke.
Any recommendations of how and who to report them to would be appreciated. My threatening email don’t see to do much.

Do not trust this company at all!!! They also advertise on instagram which is where I ordered from. They sent a tracking number after 32days it said delivered on 01/01/25

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.
Misleading Pricing: The price displayed on their website is completely different from the amount they actually withdraw from your bank account. It’s deceitful and feels like a scam.
Fake Danish Website: They try to present themselves as a Danish company, but in reality, the products ship from China. This misleading tactic is incredibly frustrating and dishonest.
Terrible Customer Support: After raising the issue about being overcharged, the company has done absolutely nothing to resolve it or refund the extra amount. They simply don’t care about their customers.
Save yourself the trouble and avoid these sites. There are far better and more trustworthy places to shop online. This was a complete disaster
