I received an order costing US$ 132.00 and requested a return and cancellation, in accordance with the privacy policy. They asked for photos of the external and internal labels. I sent them, and they offered me US$ 12 to keep the items. I persisted, and after 18 emails, the best I could get was US$ 37 in compensation. They refused the return and cancellation, even though I insisted that I had read the terms in their privacy policy. A company that cheats customers and shows absolutely no respect for them. To fellow Brazilians, I reiterate the warning not to buy from them; on top of everything else, you will have to pay import taxes for a product far inferior to what you’d find at a street market. It is a total scam. Propaganda enganosa. Descumprimento da politica de privacidade. As blusas mostradas na propaganda são bordadas, enquanto as enviadas tem os desenhos e letras impressas em tecido de poliester de baixa qualidade. Recebi a compra de US$ 132,00 e, solicitei a devolução e cancelamento da compra, conforme a politica de privacidade. Foi-me solicitado foto da etiqueda externa e interna. Enviei e me ofereceram US$ 12 para ficar com a compra. Insisti, e 18 e-mails depois, tudo que consegui foi uma compensação de US$ 37. Eles rejeitaram a devolução e cancelamento, mesmo eu insitindo que tinha lido na política de privacidade deles. Empresa caloteira e sem respeito algum pelo consumidor. Aos brasileiros, reitero o aviso para não comprar, pois além de tudo, ainda terão que pagar Imposto de Importação por um produto muito pior que aqueles encontrados em feirinhas. Pura enganação.
