I purchased the 2-Phase $3,000 trading challenge from Funded Pro FX about four months ago. I traded very carefully, followed the drawdown and risk rules, and successfully passed both phases. After completing them, I was issued a certificate confirming my success.
When I requested my first payout, there was some confusion regarding a trading rule related to trade layering, which I was not fully aware applied differently to live accounts compared to challenge phases. While this was frustrating at first, I appreciate that the team took the time to review the situation.
Funded Pro FX explained the difference between challenge and live account rules and, as a goodwill gesture, provided me with a free trading account. This showed professionalism and a willingness to support their traders rather than simply dismissing concerns.

The trading technique you mentioned trade layering is clearly defined in our rules as a hard breach in the Funded (Live) stage, while it is permitted during the Challenge phases. This distinction is explicitly outlined in the Funded ProFx rules available to all traders before activation of a funded account.
Your Challenge phases were approved because the strategy used did not violate Challenge-stage conditions. However, once transitioned to the Funded stage, different risk and execution rules apply. Unfortunately, continuing a strategy that is restricted in the Funded phase resulted in a breach, which led to the payout rejection.
We want to emphasize that certificates and phase approvals confirm Challenge completion only; they do not override Funded-stage compliance requirements. These rules exist to protect long-term account sustainability and are enforced uniformly across all funded traders.

I recently received a message under my review asking me to contact them via email Of course, there's been no contact within 24 hours, no chat response for three days. I submitted a high-priority report three days ago and have yet to receive a response. Unfortunately, this company is a scam, like any new prop company. You should only trust old, proven props. I requested evidence of concerning copying positions, I made a scan account where it is clear that no copier was used, I simply followed all the rules and they had to come up with something to reject the payment , but I still haven't received any. I requested an email address where my lawyer can contact the company, but I haven't received such an email yet. You have to deal with the best companies. I've been working with others for three years, whose names are not disclosed due to Trustpilot guidelines. I can say everything is fine, there are no payment issues. Avoid this company, don't be fooled by promotions. Claim your rights through lawyers. I wish everyone the best of luck in recovering your money.
