My daughter is having such a positive…
My daughter is having such a positive experience at Fusion Academy. In her public school, she was bored and often felt like she was just being pushed through the system. The teachers make lessons relevant to her interests, use hands-on projects, and take the time to make sure she actually understands and retains the material.
We were hesitant about the one-to-one classes because we worried about socialization, but she is actually socializing more than she did before. She spends time with other students in the Homework Café (which is basically a college lounge area) has made stronger friendships, and comes home excited to tell us what she learned. I still cannot believe she enjoys history now!

Fusion Academy had the most meaningful…
Fusion Academy had the most meaningful impact on our son’s life and education. His teachers are above and beyond the most dedicated, caring and informative professionals on the planet. Fusion’s one on one teacher student ratio approach to learning are in a class by itself. We’re forever indebted to the entire staff for giving our son the learning and building tools needed to further his education and growth.

A Great Environment to Learn!
Our son struggled academically and socially in the large classes at his public school. He has thrived with the one-on-one class structure and regained his confidence as a student. It has been a wonderful environment for him to grow in! The teachers have been wonderful, and he genuinely wants to go to school every day.

Fusion is amazing I cannot believe my kid actually wants to go to school. He loves the kindness and compassion but above all the inclusion and how everyone helps one another feel welcomed to learn. Thank you

Thank you so much for your review, Arzate. We love hearing that your child wants to go to school and feels welcomed at Fusion!
This seems to be a great school with a knowledgeable and dedicated leader. It didn't fit my son's needs at the moment, but we really liked what we saw.

Our Experience With Fusion Academy In Edina, MN
When Dane left traditional high school, we honestly didn't know what the future would look like.
We knew he was intelligent. We knew he was kind. But anxiety had become so overwhelming that school no longer felt like a place where he could learn or succeed. As parents, watching your child lose confidence in themselves is heartbreaking.
Fusion Academy gave us something we hadn't found anywhere else—a school that didn't try to fit Dane into a system. Instead, they built the learning experience around who Dane is.
The one-to-one classrooms allowed his teachers to truly know him, not just as a student, but as a person. They celebrated his strengths, understood his challenges, and patiently helped him rebuild something far more important than grades: his confidence.
Today, I see a completely different young man.
He asks questions. He tackles things that used to intimidate him. He wants to learn. He tries new things instead of assuming he'll fail. The confidence that was buried under years of anxiety is beginning to shine through, and there is no greater gift a parent can receive than watching their child believe in themselves again.
At graduation, Dane gave what he jokingly called his "not a speech." Listening to him speak with confidence in front of family, teachers, and classmates was a moment I wasn't sure we'd ever experience. It wasn't just a graduation from high school—it was the beginning of a new chapter in his life.
Fusion didn't simply help Dane earn a diploma.
They helped him rediscover who he was.
If you're a parent searching for answers, wondering if your child will ever feel successful in school again, I want you to know that there is hope. Sometimes the right answer isn't asking your child to change. Sometimes it's finding a school willing to change for your child.
We will always be grateful to Naomi, Meghan, and every teacher who believed in Dane before he fully believed in himself.

Wow. Thank you so much for sharing your story here. We're so honored to be a part of Dane's journey and are so grateful for the message of hope you've shared for other parents!
Everyone is kind and helpful. It’s very welcoming and they try to work with you and your child. Teacher’s give updates and reviews after their sessions to say how and what they did. You always feel in the loop. Hybrid options are a lifesaver.
For us, Fusion was a godsend. We were dealing with school refusal and Fusion saved the school year. The parent website with summaries of every class is so helpful.

We are so glad we could be there for your student and family in a tough time! Thank you for your review.
Absolutely terrific school! I’ve been blown away with their professionalism, kindness, willingness to help, non-judgmental support, flexibility! We have tried over 8 different schools (mostly in the Chicagoland area) to find a good fit. I wish I had known about Fusion Academy earlier. Very impressive!

Daniel and his team at Fusion Berkeley…
Daniel and his team at Fusion Berkeley are amazing! Positive, helpful, supportive, accommodating, truly and consistently a pleasure to engage with over the last four years. And most importantly, concurrent enrollment at Fusion (in addition to our child’s nearby public school) added essential expertise and resources to our child’s education that were crucial to both academic success and self-efficacy. We are so grateful to have been able to offer our child the best of two very different educational settings - the diversity and character-building “real world” environment of public school, and the individualized learning offered by Fusion.

Thank you for your kind review, Amy! We're so glad to be a part of your child's educational team!
We cannot say enough positive things about Fusion. Our son is a working actor, and the team has been incredibly supportive in helping our family balance his education with his professional commitments.
Their communication is prompt, and they genuinely care about our son's success. The staff is supportive, flexible, and always willing to help when needed. We are so thankful and grateful that we found Fusion Academy, and we highly recommend them to any family looking for a school that truly puts students first.

Fusion is an awesome school!
The Fusion team is excellent - the staff and teachers are excellent and do a great job connecting with your child on a personal and educational level. They are collaborative and work with the family as issues arise to create a tailored solution. The team is also flexible and adaptable to different learning styles and options that you would not be able to do in most private schools in the area. The scheduling is very flexible as well. We had a very positive experience at Fusion and would highly recommend the school! Only downside is no sports but most people do this offsite anyways.

We and our daughter felt welcomed by the entire school team and thoroughly enjoyed working and learning with her teacher. Added bonus -- she made some new friends.

We love hearing that you felt welcome at Fusion and that your daughter made some new friends! Thank you for sharing your review.
My review is middle of the road. There were some very positive things about our initial experience with Fusion Academy as well as some that could be better. The person I spoke with during the sales process - if you can call it that - was knowledgeable about the specific concerns I have for my child and was careful to set us up with a demo session with a very experienced educator. I opted for an intro five session tutoring to get more of a feel before investing so much money and the educator was much less skilled. The communication/emails coming on a weekly basis are very overwhelming. They use all kinds of emojis that are hard to follow and sometimes they’re not even correct. It can take a while to get a response when it’s not the sales person. But most bothersome is there constantly in your face reminders about Payment if you miss a class, etc.. This is such a turn off. This can be explained during the contracting process and only reiterated when needed if a family is complaining or trying to get things outside of their contractual agreement, otherwise can we have a mutual trust that we sign an agreement and not be constantly reminded about payments and fees? This piece of it made it feel like it was just another business rather than an educational experience that is tailored for NeuroDiverse families, and learners. With all that said, we’ll probably try one course with an experienced educator online.
