I am very disappointed with FXVM. Despite having a VPS with additional upgrades, the service becomes extremely slow every week. It only works properly for a few days, then fails again. Restarting the VPS takes a long time and does not solve the issue. Support response times are very slow (30–50 minutes per reply), and after spending more than 4 hours trying to fix recurring problems, no effective solution was provided. This has significantly affected my work. Based on my recent experience, I cannot recommend this service. My opinion has changed after continued use of the service.

I worked with Nivin for quite some time and he helped me transition from a virtual desktop to a VPS. Great customer support and made it very easy. Note that a Virtual Desktop will only allow use of generic version of MT4 and no browser. You also cannot install Oanda version of MT4 on a Virtual Desktop.
I was having a personal very specific issue with my metatraders inside my VPS, very possible the issue was directly related to the mt5 terminals and not the VPS itself, however I wasn't aware of whast was going on. Then I reached out to support, and I received an excellent attention from Rowe. She helped me by the most possible genuine way to get my issue resolved and give me valuable advice.
