I have been an FXVM client for years and until this week I had nothing but good experiences with their customer service. The last 4 days I have been trying to get someone on chat and responses don't come for hours if they can come at all. By the time a person does show up its 3 or 4 hours later. This is truly horrible service, and my VPS has been down for a week and i can't get anyone to help me me. With a VPS you need help when you need help, they should be honest and say you wont get service but once a week or you might not get help at all. However to say they respond in 3 to 10 minutes is just a lie. Go somewhere else if you want to be treated with respect as a customer.

Update: Following this review, the support team reached out and agreed to the solution I originally requested. I have now received a credit for the remaining balance of the Desktop VPS, which I can use for my other stable services. I appreciate that they reconsidered and found a fair resolution. I have adjusted my rating to reflect this positive customer service outcome. ------------------------------ I have been a customer for a while and was initially satisfied with their standard "VPS Lite" products. Based on that trust, I prepaid for a 12-month "Virtual Desktop VPS" plan. This turned out to be a massive mistake. 1. Technical Failure: The Desktop VPS is completely unsuitable for Algo-Trading (MT5). The server freezes multiple times a week. After a forced manual reboot, my MT5 terminal loses its login credentials and chart configurations, requiring me to set up everything from scratch. For an automated trader, this is unreliable, dangerous, and unusable. 2. Support refused reasonable solution: Since the product is technically flawed, I requested to cancel the Desktop plan and simply convert the remaining prepaid balance into store credit to continue paying for my working VPS Lite plan. I did not even ask for a cash refund. Support flatly refused, hiding behind a "7-day refund policy" and offering no solution for the technical instability. Conclusion: Because of this lack of goodwill and technical reliability, I have canceled all my services. If you need a stable environment for trading, look elsewhere. They will take your money for 12 months and leave you stranded when their server fails.

i had a issue with my vpn . I waited for more than 20 min, for customer support team to ping me, to assist me. But no response.Then i had to log out without sorting out the issue ! I used to have very good customer service initially. But since the past 2 weeks, poor customer support .
