Part of my order was cancelled due to a backlog situation that wasn't announced on the website. Instead of being given an option to defer the entire order, G-Forms solution was to cancel part, ship the rest and inconvenience me by telling me to just watch for when the other items were back in stock and reorder then. And the gloves that were sent slip during use contributing to blisters. Now I have no intention of ever ordering anything from G-Form again.
I lost money on this purchase and never should have purchased from them directly. Followed the size guide for shinguards, they didn’t fit. I then tried to return them in the original package which UPS would not accept because it has the wrong shipping class labeled, so I had to pay extra ON TOP OF G-Form’s restocking fee. Why would anyone buy directly with this policy in place?
As a mountain biker, the protective gear I ordered has performed well for me. The stitching sometimes fails since it must handle the elasticity of the design but the products are wonderful.

Elite foot guard didn’t fit. Unfortunate to spend $15 in shipping to get the guard, and then another $15 shipping it back. Wish I had just bought an EvoShield or Bruce Bolt locally and saved money.
I should have ordered a medium I generally wear small or extra small mountain bike pants I ordered the long liners with pads on sides to wear under my pads so they don’t chafe skin they are very tight and have a feeling they are not going to hold up because of this.

Originally purchased using W11 machine, but wanted to install on W7 machine. Went through proprietary communication, don't remember name. They sent me a link for down load via Email. I was on W11, so closed computer and logged in with W7. The email was no longer there. I hate computers. I'm sure it will eventually get straightened out. I probably should have down loaded .exe onto W11 and used thumb drive to transfer, since I had specified W7 download.

Pads are really comfortable. They shipped quickly. They work very well. They could use a reinforced area around where the pad is sewn onto the material. I've had these rip on other pair, once after a crash and once from use. I also would like to see a cutout behind the knee as well for peddling comfort. They are thin enough that they don't bunch up, but the cutout might help even more. All that being said this is my fourth pair and they have done the job every time. I do have one of the thicker pair that I use just for downhill park days.

I love these knee and elbow pads! They are super comfortable and super durable. I play bike polo, and I have tumbled off my bike several times wearing these pads and had no harm at all!

Completely not helpful. Their response made absolutely no sense to what I was trying to explain to them one hand of the batting gloves, completely lost all color, and the other hand is absolutely fine to me. That is manufacturer problem not how we are maintaining the gloves which we do by the way.
