Great customer service on retutn of elbow pads. The knee pads I got wouldn't stay up while riding though. The silicone or plastic stuff around the top rim of the pads did nothing once legs started sweating. The strap didn't help either.

This is my second pair of knee protectors. These are much better made with the pads being a continuous piece of material and it is stitched down vs just glued. Should hold up for many years to come. My last pair lasted 5 yrs, these should last longer.

We have a superb sales rep. He is always informing us on the latest product. He comes in straightens up the product fills our orders with a smile. He even sets an appointment the day before just to make sure we have time for him.
Solid customer service
Solid customer service always looking out for their people! I had a gnarly pedal clip on the back of my calve and was looking for something to help protect that area now and they got my in the right direction!

Product is great as always, unfortunately your customer service isn't. Ordered elbow pads, realized immediately we ordered the wrong size, and emailed within 10min of ordering to correct the order. Was told that my order was already processed and could not be corrected. Now we have elbow pads that are absolutely useless to my rider. Brian
