I am earning a bit more than I was last year with my Capital One CD, and now that CapOne has cut its interest payout again, I'll be gaining yet more. My only quibble is that it takes large investments to earn substantially higher payouts, and those limits are not spelled out before one signs up.

I like how the information was straight forward. Lack of communication after application was filled out was concerning. It took about a week to hear anything. There should be emails letting you know where you are in the process.

My money was available for tranfer to Gainbridge on 5/19. This is 5/27. The account still hasn’t been established. This delay didn’t happen with my first Gainbridge account. It makes me feel you’re going downhill.

I filed my application May 1. I had to call multiple times to get my funds transferred. The service agents I spoke with were helpful, but it was not made clear to me that I would need to call back to have the funds transferred once my outside account was activated, so there were several delays which could have been avoided. Funds were finally transferred on May 19.

Just to start with I was floored to see the high interest rates for the customer with an investment in Gainbridge's products.
