One of the only companies I could find that had the racquet I needed. They had Correct description of racquet specs. Unlike 2 other companies I searched. Fair price and quick delivery service. Very happy, and will use this company again in the future.

Free overnight shipping was great. However, it turns out that the brand and model of racquet I wanted showed in stock on the website, but I when I called to verify it was in stock the salesman told me it was actually out of stock. So I had to choose another brand of racquet.

After finding the paddle I know well, (which Prokennex told me will no longer be produced) I found one and ordered from Game Set Match. After four days of play the paddle surface material started chipping off and the grip came loose. Game Set Match did right by me and found me another paddle and said if that one does not work out we will find you yet another. Bravo, made me feel valued.
Hi Danielle, I'm truly sorry you were not satisfied with our initial response. We sent the photos you sent us to ProKennex for evaluation and they called them "inconclusive". However, since you have resubmitted additional photos we were able to get those sent to the brand for additional evaluation. As you said, the paddle is no longer available at ProKennex or at Game-Set-Match, Inc. so we are hoping that they either direct us to replace the paddle for you (equal quality / price) or that they replace it for you. Great deals online, super fast ship to store option. At pickup, staff was friendly and took about two minutes. Then, the staff indulged my young child who wanted to try out some paddles and hit a ball for fun.

The ball, being gray, blends in with the court so that you can't see the ball very well. Also, the ball has more of a bounce on dinking and less of a bounce when you drive it. It's not anything like a regular yellow pickleball. On the bright side it is silent. The other three people that played with it concurred.
