Ordered bottom feeder for hummingbird feeder. The rubber cork would not stay on. Kept falling out causing a significant spill. Had
Sugar mixture all over floor. Rubber cork would not stay fixed even when pushed into fluid container!!

Please accept our apologies--there should have been 2 corks with the gondola. The original ones sometimes do not stay in handmade feeders where the hole has rounded edges, but only in manufactured feeders that have straight-edged holes. Once we realized this we had new corks manufactured with softer rubber, and we had glass artisans we work with test them, and those stoppers work just fine. Please let us know - it seems perhaps we neglected to send the additional cork, and we're happy to send it now. Thank you.
I don't bank, pay bills and very rarely shop on line. Thus, to be able to immediately contact an absolutely delightful customer service person is a rare treat. Kerry was very familiar with the product I was ordering (Mud Gloves), and extremely helpful in making my selections for a friend. I was so pleased when both pairs arrived that we're not only keeping both pairs, but I am ordering a pair for myself!
Wow, amazing quality copper watering can and really well packed for shipping. There is so much craftsmanship it is certainly unique. I am very happy I purchased it. If this watering can appeals to you then know it is well worth the money because it is a real work of art and will become a cherished heirloom for sure! Thank you Garden Artisans for making these beautiful items available for purchase!
Months ago we made our first purchase with Garden Artisan and since then we’ve been coming back every opportunity we can! The products are great, and the customer service is even better! They went above and beyond trying to help us get the products that we needed and couldn’t find anywhere else. I Highly recommend them!
