Item arrived but it was broken and missing parts that where on the websites photos. I recieved one email response that said I would receive a return label. After waiting a week, i sent another email asking for the returns label and confirmation that I would be refunded to which I never had a reply.

Never received my item. After they ignored 4 mails i took action by contacting Paypal
Fake Website Experience
After I was charged I got a notice they finished assembly and never sent it. I tried emailing a couple times and they never responded. If you got a product at all, you were probably one of the lucky ones.

Total scam. They send you an order number and a fake tracking number. The item is never sent and they never reply to you when you email or chat.
My item did arrive! BUUUUUT
It was false advertising at its finest! the dial was loose and came off as soon as I turned it, the eyes were poorly painted, the other half of the Pokeball didn't snap on properly, and the 3D print quality was awful. Tried to contact them multiple times and got zero responses, Don't let the positive reviews on their website fool you! it's likely 100% fake since it's always the same ones!
Took my money and didn't send the item, avoid
Placed an order for snorlax beanbag, was given fake tracking number that didn't work. Contacted customer services email address many times and received zero responses. Just straight up stole my money. They are advertised on Facebook and Instagram, please watch out for them

Ordered in December. End of December got an email that their assets were frozen. January said it was dispatched. Tracker number doesn't work. No response to numerous emails. Got an email in February saying they would refund me. Never got a refund. DO NOT ORDER

People please, do not buy from the scammers! I made an order on 15 december 2023, and still didnt recive anything. No response on my email, no response on my chat. NOTHING... They even moved from south korea to Canada so you know these are scammers i want to take the site down is there any way to get this done?

Scam - gives fake tracking number. Which then shows up as delivered in unrealistic delivery times Do not purchase they save your details on site.advised by my bank that they saved my digital key and could have made extra payments

Most likely a scam - no order, no refund and no response
I’ve not gotten my order or received a refund and I’ve made four attempts at contact with no response. I've tried leaving a review on their website as well but it doesn't seem to register or maybe it got deleted. On 18th December I placed an order, on 28th December I got an email stating that it would be sent out later than planned, on 3th January I got an email which informed me that it could not be sent out and that I would get a refund shortly and on 10th January I got an email which informed me that my order is on the way. My first three attempts at contact were through the contact function on the website. My first attempt at contact was on 10th January, my second attempt was sometime during week 3 (I don’t remember the exact date) and my third attempt was on 20th January after I got an automated response that asked for a review of the product even though I have not received it. My fourth and latest attempt was through their email on 21st January and I still have not gotten a response. When I press ''view order'' it still just says: ''Your order is confirmed. We’ve accepted your order, and we’re getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status.'' Recently I've tried uploading my review again and attempt at writing to them through their chat function but I assume it's either the same function I've written through and/or won't get a response like before.
Suspect SCAM
Suspect SCAM - Order cancelled a month after purchase, due to increased demand, and promised immediate refund. Refund yet to arrive.
