Problem with the size

Products were fine, but... the size isn't correct. "M" size is way too large!

Paypal billing account weird

Paypal billing account was an unexpected name: "SHAN XI TIAN KAI HONG ZHI KE JI YOU -IAT PAYPAL", which required me to go look into what that charge was for. Should be something like "geeksoutfit.com" or similar.

I ordered with them in mid March

** 2nd Update - they are definitely not a scam. It seems like they are a newer business trying to get on their feet. I got the refund as expected and they were also apologetic about some of the challenges. I may actually use them again in the future. ** Update - after this they reached out and I got a refund as requested I ordered with them in mid March - no items arrived. By May 8th, I'd reached out for info and got no reply. Still no product, no reply. I have reached out again in email and through their site, no reply. Requesting refund of my purchase through paypal.

Geeksoutfit.com is NOT a scam

Geeksoutfit.com is NOT a scam, though you would be forgiven for thinking it is. From the moment that my purchase went through their website so quickly without an intermediate confirmation button or any sense that it was a secure transaction, I started having second thoughts about my purchase. I then realised it was a Chinese company doing business in the English language, which made me even more sceptical. I belatedly thought to Google it to see if it was a scam. I found it had a “1% Trust Score”, mostly because it was less than a year old, followed by two short 5 star reviews that made me think it is the company itself trying to counter the low trust score. Then I received an email confirming shipment of my package with a tracking code that took me to a Chinese site that provided no useful tracking information. When I sent a message to the email address provided by Geeksoutfit.com, they responded with reassurance that the tracking site is not updated sometimes, so I should wait five days and check again. BE WARNED, I soon discovered this brief email communication with Geeksoutfit.com cost me a further $2.12 USD charged to my credit card. I did some more Googling and found a third review, this one extremely negative saying the t-shirts they received were very cheaply made. Believe it or not, this negative review reassured me like nothing else had since placing my order. It told me that I probably had not fallen for a scam, if people were actually receiving something resembling what they ordered. So, I resigned myself to waiting and hoping my package would arrive. It finally did, a week before Christmas and 16 days after placing my order, which is better than I expected. The four t-shirts I ordered for my husband were actually everything I had hoped they would be (size, colour, quality). Not nearly as bad as the negative reviewer made them out to be. It did come with a warning that you can machine wash but not machine dry the t-shirts; so, be aware of that before you order. I am not sure how they will hold up over time; but, I am content with the value for money that I received this time and not ashamed to give them to my husband for the holidays. Nevertheless, I thought being charged extra for customer service was pretty cheeky and I don’t think I will order from this company again for that reason.

Cheap and nasty

Purchased five t-shirts. Good images but poor quality t-shirts - cheap and poor fitting. Clearly the other two reviews on here are by people connected to the business. Purchase these but be aware that they aren't a quality joint like threadless.
