The first time of hearing and ordering from Gems on Display, I was very pleased with the website and prices are very reasonable. But when I received my order I became more satisfied because I got the order sooner than I expected with this pandemic going on. I will definitely be ordering again. Thanks Gems in Display for your great customer service.
Good prices and fast shipping. Would use this company again.
Great product. Works wonderful for my large turquoise bangles. Very nice people. Getting ready to buy more
They have what I need to display my hand crafted jewelry for my shop and at my shows at great prices. A nice variety and easy to shop online. The delivery is always safe and fast.
I have had courteous and helpful assistance with both my orders. I really appreciate dealing with a small family owned business such as Gems on Display. Very happy customer here!
I am never disappointed! I ordered by phone. The gentleman was very kind and polite. I ordered the gold, cotton filled boxes again, just right for shipping jewelry.
I've ordered the gemstone display cases for my GingerSnap jewelry and it's perfect for that. With the glass lid I can see my Snaps without opening each case to find what I want. The display cases are very durable. I've had mine for several years and they aren't scuffed at all. I've never received anything damaged and the other products I've ordered have been exactly as described. I will always buy from Gems. They have great products and I've never had to return any product I've gotten from them. Great prices and shipping too.
Excellent Product and Excellent Customer Service. Due to possibly the shipping carrier the product had a small dent (the box looked a little worse for the wear). Gems on Display was prompt in getting a replacement item out to me, even before the other had been returned, and their staff was courteous both over the phone and by email.
I have made three separate purchases from Gems on Display. Every shipment has arrived in expedient fashion, and the items are always packed with care. I highly recommend their products. I am extremely pleased with their large jewelry case and trays. All of my jewelry is now organized and easy to find.
The items are as I remember. Good quality. Shipping fast..
We've been a customer for years. Fast service. Great prices. Good value all the way around.
Fast shipping for the products needed. Great price too!
Excellent experience. Extremely fast shipping! I am very happy
Items arrived as described. Staff is friendly and responsive. The fact that items are made in the USA is a plus!
Always quick to respond and answer questions. Product handling and shipping is so fast! I used Gems On Display as a vendor from 2010-2013 on my first jewelry business and when I started back up this year, I was so happy to see them in business!! Same great service and speed.
The items were a very nice quality. The prices were very affordable. Shipping was fast and I will definitely shop with them again!
I wish I could give 10 stars! I don't usually do reviews, but I can't say enough about how wonderful my service was. I needed to order boxes for a small gift to our Graduating Class of 2020. With the Coronavirus turning the world upside-down, the only thing I had to go on was last year's order. The customer service was able to pull up our logo for this year's order. Instead of just gold imprinting, the Graphics Department went onto our website to get the colors of our School logo and imprinted the boxes in 3 colors and suggested changing the box to a new gold linen box that was closer to our school color. It's not often that someone goes above and beyond. Our High School Seniors deserve an extra special box with all that they're missing out on, and these were PERFECT. I'll be back next year!!!!
I bought the white hook boards, bracelet pillows & bracelet tower. They were exactly as pictured on line. I love them! I highly recommend this line if displays.
