I put the ear rings on and as I was sitting in a chair the stone literally fell off onto the floor. Trying to get a return label has been a challenge. I’ve been promised an email with the return label twice now, and still no label. In a world where return labels can be sent
(via email)in seconds I’m feeling it could be possible I have been had. I will give it another 24 hours in hopes of receiving this return label. But sadly I am not holding my breath. Buyers beware.

Beware costume jewelry at its worst!
The ring I purchased was described as purplish in color it was not that at all it was green and only when a light was shining directly on the ring could you see the green otherwise it looked black. The ring also felt cheaply made. When I called in to ask about an exchange because of the stone color the person that answered my call was rude and snippy so I canceled! Worst customer service ever!
I absolutely love my Moissanite earrings that I got from Gem Stone King. They are the perfect size, very sparkly and eye catching. They quickly got them packaged up and shipped to me as well.

The ring arrived in 2 days as promised. Sapphire and topaz are bright and colored as pictured. There's no damage on the ring.and it fits size 7 as ordered.
Reputable jeweler with fine items, quick ship, and reliability. The chain on the pendant necklace, however, was very thin and is in a knot after carefully putting it away. I was very surprised.
