I lost my precious 5.74c G VS2 mined engagement ring and pave band. After a year of searching I gave up and decided to go big or go ringless. I decided on lab grown and purchased a 30k 12.5c D VVS1 from a popular retailer, and it was promptly stolen from my car. Third times a charm but not wanting to drop another 30 grand I researched a bit and found Luvansh. I just was blown away by the prices. So much I was suspicious but I did a single complaint about quality and the price was insanely low AND on sale. Just a titch lower in color and clarity than my 30k DVVS1 an E VS1 for around 5k. I honestly expected a moisonnite or CZ and a disconnected number. instead I got this magnificent stone, via FedEx. Days earlier than expected .. then had a setting custom built with natural tapered trapezoids. If you’re skeptical about such a large stone, JFDI. A competent jeweler can design around a large stone and keep it classy I wish I could post a pic of the final product. It’s my dream ring! I’m going to purchase several more loose diamonds and stones from Luvansh to build a custom ring, tennis bracelets, Etc. If anything goes bad, I’ll update, but so far I am super happy ! thank you for reading this. Now please excuse me, for I need to go buy more diamonds.

There was some confusion after my order about the availability of the diamond I ordered but customer service was great and I received the diamond I ordered in only a couple of days. The diamond is beautiful and exactly as advertised and the price was better than any other website by thousands of dollars.

I ordered a necklace for my girlfriend’s birthday and it was supposed to be delivered on August 10th. I’ve talked to their customer chat so many times, each time being told that it’d ship tomorrow or in a few days and still my order says pending. Absolutely terrible customer service with no accountability. Very soon I will be putting a charge back if I don’t get what I’ve paid for. This company is trash.

Their customer support is excellent. I had issues with Fedex not being very punctual in their deliveries. And one cannot sit around on work days waiting for them to show up. So my orders were sent back. Luvansh immediately organized delivery to a nearby FedEx center that the orders could be picked up. I am very happy with them handling the issue promptly !! I highly recommend them and will most definitely purchase from them again !!

The quality of the gem is amazing! The shipment, it was sooner than originally promised, which was very nice. The customer service, the pricing, shipping, packaging...it couldn't have gone smoother or have been of higher quality!

Very poor experience. Ordered a custom setting and the quality was terrible. Crooked and loose setting. Loose stones. We ended up having a reputable local jeweler replace the ring and setting. I caution anyone to order a custom ring from this company!

Misleading item descriptions, shady business practices
I purchased two items that were described as 14kt gold. I did not realize that when you looked at the fine print on the website, only the pendants were gold, the chains were sterling silver. This was not noted in any of the invoice descriptions of the items, where repeatedly the metal type was described as 14kt solid gold. When I received the items, the chains were marked as sterling silver. I requested a refund only to be denied multiple times. Finally they agreed to refund the items for a $100 restock fee. I was going to suck it up and pay the restock fee, but then they sent me an invoice for $100+tax prior to sending me the shipping label. I got suspicious they had no intent of actually returning the purchase price to me. I submitted a charge back with my credit card company with all the documentation (including their initial invoice for the items which clearly described the items as 14kt). My credit card company sided with me and reversed the charges. Now Luvansh is asking me to return the items (albeit not requiring me to pay $100+tax for the privilege). What chutzpah!

I was making a large jewelry purchase in that I was buying 6 carat total weight diamond stud earrings. The customer support is what gave me confidence in my purchase. They also were able to accommodate guardian backings. When my diamond studs arrived, they arrived a couple of days before they were supposed to, I was able to get them right on Christmas Eve. Each diamond had its own IGI report. The quality of what was sent actually surpassed what was listed. My diamonds were one grading above what was listed, so I was sent E color instead of between F through G. The inclusions were very small, as promised as well as the cut, which was excellent l, and there was zero fluorescent in both diamonds. One diamond even had hearts and arrows. I work in Beverly Hills and I can’t tell you women go out of their way to tell me how gorgeous these studs are! I would 100% trust Luvansh with my business again. Thank you!
