I recently moved and was running low on a medication. I visited a General Medicine provider for a refill. She was friendly and thorough, answered my questions, and took care of my refill that day. Thank you! I will definitely recommend General Medicine.
I am able to take care of my Graves disease from home over video consultation. Get my refills and lab work prescriptions all within a 15 minute visit. Follow up is easy and you can see the same doctor Everytime or if you don't like them you can switch. I switched till I found the one that aligns with my care.
I needed medication at a time when my doctor was not in the office. This was such a seamless and easy experience. I set up an appointment within a couple of hours of filling out some information. I had a video call with a doctor who asked very thoughtful and thorough questions. A prescription was sent to my pharmacy that day. It was a great experience. I don't look forward to being ill again, but to know General Medicine is there when I do is very comforting.
Needed Rx refill twice while waiting months for primary care provider. I was helped quickly, kindly, and professionally both visits so far. My most recent provider was extremely informative as well!! Thanks 😊!!!

Great experience. The doctor was knowledgeable and kind and was able to quickly renew the prescriptions I needed.
They are incapable of sending the correct lab orders at a lab location. I drive 30 min to an appointment only to be told they never received the order. I have no way of accessing it myself wither since their dashboard is so barebones. Terrible company.

First timer here and all I can say it was a very good experience. Quick and I was able to get my prescription refilled in time. I would most definitely use general medicine again.
General Medicine Was Amazingly quick at getting me on a Telehealth Video Call with A Doctor. Picking a Medication. Communicating with my pharmacy, Then taking it from there and Shipping to my home. All within 2 weeks. They Answered every phone Call and Concern right away. Helping me by pass all the texts and issues we sometimes deal with online. I would highly recommend them. You’ll be able to talk with a real Doctor of the phone about your health conditions and worries.
So far I'm very pleased with all the support I've had and having all my questions answered. Excellent and quick responses!!

No longer wanted to see my PCP here in town. Didn’t want to find a new one quite yet because I’m moving in a few months. Needed my prescriptions refilled and no doctor will do that unless you “see” them. I found General Medicine and was pretty skeptical but desperate. I’m SO glad I made the appointment anyway. Because within hours I had the appointment completed, the drugs I needed sent directly to my pharmacy of choice, and even a care plan for some labs to get done and verify everything was in working order. The doctor I saw was incredibly kind and not rushed. The zoom call was easy to connect to using the link they sent. This is not a scam. General Medicine are real doctors with real authority to give prescriptions, order labs, and do excellent follow-up care. I would recommend them to my family and friends.
Great experience, I needed a CGM immediately to monitor my hypoglycemia and did a consult and was referred to endocrinologist and in the mean time prescribed a CGM along with labs and emergency glucagon! Wonderful providers and service!
The Dr's are incredible very thorough and take time with There patient, they are very accommodating and Meds went straight to pharmacy of your choice I recommend them highly!
