I had the opportunity to test GenFollower’s 12-channel reagent reservoirs after the company kindly provided us with a complimentary sample, and my overall impression has been very positive. The reservoirs are well designed and manufactured from a high-quality material. They provide the right balance between rigidity and ease of handling: they remain stable during pipetting without excessive flexing, while still being lightweight and practical. The channels are clearly defined and conveniently arranged, enabling smooth and accurate aspiration with multichannel pipettes. These reservoirs are versatile and suitable for several routine laboratory applications, from holding and transferring reagents with multichannel pipettes to use inside a cell culture hood or biological safety cabinet. Their design makes repeated liquid-handling procedures more efficient, organized, and comfortable. I would also like to highlight the excellent support provided by GenFollower’s customer service team. They have been consistently friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our interactions.
